<b>activitatea de informare, consiliere \u0219i<br \/>\nmanagement de caz<\/b>, a constituit punctul de plecare \u00een modernizarea<br \/>\nserviciilor pe care ANOFM le asigur\u0103 clien\u021bilor, persoane \u00een c\u0103utarea unui loc<br \/>\nde munc\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-right:-25.7pt;margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-left:-13.5pt;text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">Au fost<br \/>\nutilizate date administrative privind persoanele care au beneficiat de<br \/>\ninformare \u0219i consiliere \u00een perioada 2018 \u2013 2020, au fost aplicate chestionare<br \/>\nla nivel na\u021bional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-right:-25.7pt;margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-left:-13.5pt;text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">Pentru a<br \/>\navea o imagine realist\u0103 asupra sistemului, a fost analizat\u0103 <b>infrastructura IT<\/b>, <b>instrumentele \u0219i procedurile utilizate<\/b>, dar \u0219i <b>structura personalului implicat \u00een activitatea de informare \u0219i<br \/>\nconsiliere<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-right:-25.7pt;margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-left:-13.5pt;text-align:justify\"><b><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">De ce s-a sim\u021bit nevoia unei astfel<br \/>\nde analize complexe?<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">Pentru a determina <b>unde ne afl\u0103m<\/b> \u0219i pentru a stabili <b>mijloacele prin care putem crea un Serviciu Public de Ocupare modern<\/b>,<br \/>\nmai aproape de persoanele care ne solicit\u0103 sprijinul.
