{"id":196,"date":"2020-03-23T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-03-22T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/vaslui\/acordarea-de-zile-libere-parintilor-pentru-supravegherea-copiilor-in-situatia-inchiderii-temporare-a-unitatilor-de-invatamant\/"},"modified":"2020-03-23T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-03-22T22:00:00","slug":"acordarea-de-zile-libere-parintilor-pentru-supravegherea-copiilor-in-situatia-inchiderii-temporare-a-unitatilor-de-invatamant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/vaslui\/acordarea-de-zile-libere-parintilor-pentru-supravegherea-copiilor-in-situatia-inchiderii-temporare-a-unitatilor-de-invatamant\/","title":{"rendered":"Acordarea de zile libere p\u0103rin\u021bilor pentru supravegherea copiilor, \u00een situa\u021bia \u00eenchiderii temporare a unit\u0103\u021bilor de inv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><b><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%\">Acordarea de zile libere p<\/span><\/b><b><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%\" lang=\"RO\">\u0103rin\u021bilor pentru supravegherea copiilor,<br \/>\n\u00een situa\u021bia \u00eenchiderii temporare a unit\u0103\u021bilor de inv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><b><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%\">Agen\u021bia<br \/>\nJude\u021bean\u0103 pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103<span>\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span>Vaslui aduce la cuno\u0219tin\u021ba angajatorilor prevederile Legii nr. 19\/2020<br \/>\nprivind acordarea unor zile libere p\u0103rin\u021bilor pentru supravegherea copiilor, \u00een<br \/>\nsitua\u021bia \u00eenchiderii temporare a unit\u0103\u021bilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">Astfel,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>p\u0103rin\u021bii pot beneficia de zile libere pl\u0103tite<br \/>\n\u00een situa\u021bia suspend\u0103rii cursurilor sau \u00eenchiderii temporare a unit\u0103\u021bilor de<br \/>\n\u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt, \u00een temeiul Legii nr. 19\/2020 privind acordarea unor zile libere<br \/>\np\u0103rin\u021bilor pentru supravegherea copiilor, \u00een situa\u021bia \u00eenchiderii temporare a<br \/>\nunit\u0103\u021bilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt, \u0219i al Decretului nr. 195\/2020 privind instituirea st\u0103rii<br \/>\nde urgen\u021b\u0103 pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei, zilele lucr\u0103toare p\u00e2n\u0103 la \u00eencetarea<br \/>\nsitua\u021biei de urgen\u021b\u0103 decretat\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">Zilele<br \/>\nlibere se acord\u0103 la cererea unuia dintre p\u0103rin\u021bi, depus\u0103 la angajatorul<br \/>\npersoanei care va supraveghea copilul,<\/span> <span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">\u00eenso\u021bit\u0103<br \/>\nde o declara\u021bie pe propria r\u0103spundere a celuilalt p\u0103rinte, din care s\u0103 rezulte<br \/>\nc\u0103 acesta nu a solicitat la locul s\u0103u de munc\u0103 zile libere ce i s-ar cuveni<br \/>\npotrivit Legii nr. 19\/2020, respectiv c\u0103 nu se afl\u0103 \u00een concediu de odihn\u0103 sau<br \/>\nconcediu f\u0103r\u0103 plat\u0103, precum \u0219i de copia certificatului\/certificatelor de<br \/>\nna\u0219tere al\/ale copilului\/copiilor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\"><span>\u00a0<\/span>Pentru fiecare zi liber\u0103 angajatorul acord\u0103 o<br \/>\nindemniza\u021bie care se pl\u0103te\u0219te din capitolul aferent cheltuielilor de personal<br \/>\ndin bugetul de venituri \u0219i cheltuieli al angajatorului \u0219i al c\u0103rei cuantum este<br \/>\nde 75% din salariul de baz\u0103, dar nu mai mult de 75% din c\u00e2\u0219tigul salarial mediu<br \/>\nbrut utilizat la fundamentarea bugetului asigur\u0103rilor sociale de stat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">Pentru<br \/>\n<i>decontarea sumelor pentru plata<br \/>\nindemniza\u021biei<\/i>, angajatorul va depune cerere la agen\u021biile pentru ocuparea<br \/>\nfor\u021bei de munc\u0103 jude\u021bene, respectiv a municipiului Bucure\u0219ti \u00een a c\u0103rei raz\u0103<br \/>\nteritorial\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 activitatea angajatorul sau sucursala\/punctul de<br \/>\nlucru al acestuia, dup\u0103 caz. Cererea va fi \u00eenso\u021bit\u0103 de urm\u0103toarele documente:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">a)<br \/>\nlista angaja\u021bilor care au beneficiat de zilele libere, precum \u0219i indemniza\u021bia<br \/>\nacordat\u0103 pe aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">b)<br \/>\ncopii de pe statele de plat\u0103 din care s\u0103 reias\u0103 acordarea indemniza\u021biei;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">c)<br \/>\ndeclara\u021bia pe propria r\u0103spundere a reprezentantului legal al angajatorului prin<br \/>\ncare se atest\u0103 c\u0103 lista prev\u0103zut\u0103 la lit. a) con\u021bine persoanele care<br \/>\n\u00eendeplinesc condi\u021biile reglementate la art. 2 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 19\/2020; <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">d)<br \/>\ndovada pl\u0103\u021bii contribu\u021biilor \u0219i impozitelor aferente lunii \u00een care s-a pl\u0103tit<br \/>\nindemniza\u021bia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">Documentele<br \/>\nse transmit prin po\u0219ta electronic\u0103 la adresa electronic\u0103 comunicat\u0103 de<br \/>\nagen\u021biile pentru ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 jude\u021bene, respectiv a municipiului<br \/>\nBucure\u0219ti, \u00een cel mult 30 zile de la data efectu\u0103rii pl\u0103\u021bii contribu\u021biilor \u0219i<br \/>\nimpozitelor aferente indemniza\u021biei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><i><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">Cererea va fi datat\u0103 \u0219i semnat\u0103 de reprezentantul legal \u0219i va<br \/>\ncon\u021bine obligatoriu urm\u0103toarele elemente<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">a)<br \/>\ndatele de identificare ale angajatorului, inclusiv adresa de e-mail;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">b)<br \/>\ncontul bancar;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">c)<br \/>\nnumele reprezentantului legal al angajatorului;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">d)<br \/>\nsuma total\u0103 solicitat\u0103;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">e)<br \/>\nnum\u0103rul angaja\u021bilor pentru care s-a solicitat suma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;color:#222222;background:white\">Decontarea<br \/>\nsumelor pl\u0103tite cu titlu de indemniza\u021bie se face \u00een termen de 60 de zile<br \/>\ncalendaristice de la data \u00eenregistr\u0103rii documentelor .<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/upload\/11560\/Declaratie_-angajatori.docx\">Declaratie_-angajatori.docx<\/a> <\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>zile libere, angajatori, <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[9],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-196","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-comunicate-de-presa"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/vaslui\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/196","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/vaslui\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/vaslui\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/vaslui\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=196"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/vaslui\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/196\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/vaslui\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=196"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/vaslui\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=196"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/vaslui\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=196"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
