de sectorul<br \/>\npublic, al c\u0103ror scop este s\u0103 serveasc\u0103 interesul general, interesele unei<br \/>\ncolectivit\u0103\u0163i \u015fi\/sau interesele personale nepatrimoniale, prin cre\u015fterea<br \/>\ngradului de ocupare a persoanelor apar\u0163in\u00e2nd grupului vulnerabil \u015fi\/sau<br \/>\nproducerea \u015fi furnizarea de bunuri, prestarea de servicii \u015fi\/sau execu\u0163ia de<br \/>\nlucr\u0103ri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent:.5in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><i><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">\u00centreprinderile<br \/>\nsociale pot fi:<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">a) societ\u0103\u0163ile cooperative de gradul I, care func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 \u00een baza Legii<br \/>\nnr. 1\/2005 privind organizarea \u015fi func\u0163ionarea coopera\u0163iei, republicat\u0103;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">b) cooperativele de credit, care func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 \u00een baza Ordonan\u0163ei de<br \/>\nurgen\u0163\u0103 a Guvernului nr. 99\/2006 privind institu\u0163iile de credit \u015fi adecvarea<br \/>\ncapitalului, aprobat\u0103 cu modific\u0103ri \u015fi complet\u0103ri prin Legea nr. 227\/2007, cu<br \/>\nmodific\u0103rile \u015fi complet\u0103rile ulterioare;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">c) asocia\u0163iile \u015fi funda\u0163iile, care func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 \u00een baza Ordonan\u0163ei<br \/>\nGuvernului nr. 26\/2000 cu privire la asocia\u0163ii \u015fi funda\u0163ii, aprobat\u0103 cu<br \/>\nmodific\u0103ri \u015fi complet\u0103ri prin Legea nr. 246\/2005, cu modific\u0103rile \u015fi<br \/>\ncomplet\u0103rile ulterioare;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">d) casele de ajutor reciproc ale salaria\u0163ilor, care func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 \u00een baza<br \/>\nLegii nr. 122\/1996 privind regimul juridic al caselor de ajutor reciproc ale<br \/>\nsalaria\u0163ilor \u015fi al uniunilor acestora, republicat\u0103;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">e) casele de ajutor reciproc ale pensionarilor, care sunt \u00eenfiin\u0163ate \u015fi<br \/>\nfunc\u0163ioneaz\u0103 \u00een baza Legii nr. 540\/2002 privind casele de ajutor reciproc ale<br \/>\npensionarilor, cu modific\u0103rile \u015fi complet\u0103rile ulterioare;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">f) societ\u0103\u0163ile agricole, care func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 \u00een baza Legii nr. 36\/1991<br \/>\nprivind societ\u0103\u0163ile agricole \u015fi alte forme de asociere \u00een agricultur\u0103, cu<br \/>\nmodific\u0103rile ulterioare;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">g) orice alte categorii de persoane juridice care respect\u0103, conform<br \/>\nactelor legale de \u00eenfiin\u0163are \u015fi organizare, cumulativ, defini\u0163ia \u015fi principiile<br \/>\neconomiei sociale prev\u0103zute \u00een prezenta lege.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">Pot fi \u00eentreprinderi sociale federa\u0163iile \u015fi uniunile persoanelor juridice<br \/>\nprev\u0103zute mai sus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">Activitatea de economie social\u0103 presupune atestarea \u00eentreprinderilor<br \/>\nsociale \u0219i a \u00eentreprinderilor sociale de inser\u021bie de c\u0103tre AJOFM Vaslui.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><i><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">\u00centreprinderea social\u0103<br \/>\nde inser\u0163ie<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\"> este \u00eentreprinderea social\u0103 care:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">a) are, permanent, cel pu\u0163in 30% din personalul angajat apar\u0163in\u00e2nd<br \/>\ngrupului vulnerabil, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t timpul de lucru cumulat al acestor angaja\u0163i<br \/>\ns\u0103 reprezinte cel pu\u0163in 30% din totalul timpului de lucru al tuturor<br \/>\nangaja\u0163ilor;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">b) are ca scop lupta \u00eempotriva excluziunii, discrimin\u0103rilor \u015fi \u015fomajului<br \/>\nprin inser\u0163ia<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">socioprofesional\u0103 a persoanelor defavorizate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><i><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">Marca social\u0103<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\"> cuprinde certificatul care atest\u0103 statutul de \u00eentreprindere social\u0103 de<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">inser\u0163ie, cu o valabilitate de 3 ani de la data emiterii, precum \u015fi un<br \/>\nelement specific de identitate vizual\u0103, care se aplic\u0103 \u00een mod obligatoriu<br \/>\nasupra produselor realizate sau a lucr\u0103rilor executate ori a documentelor care<br \/>\ndemonstreaz\u0103 prestarea unui serviciu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">Atestatul de \u00eentreprindere social\u0103 se acord\u0103 \u00eentreprinderilor sociale<br \/>\ncare dispun, prin actele de \u00eenfiin\u0163are \u015fi func\u0163ionare, respectarea urm\u0103toarelor<br \/>\ncriterii:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">a) ac\u0163ioneaz\u0103 \u00een scop social \u015fi\/sau \u00een interesul general al comunit\u0103\u0163ii;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">b)aloc\u0103 minimum 90% din profitul realizat scopului social \u015fi rezervei<br \/>\nstatutare;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">c) se oblig\u0103 s\u0103 transmit\u0103 bunurile r\u0103mase \u00een urma lichid\u0103rii c\u0103tre una<br \/>\nsau mai multe \u00eentreprinderi sociale;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">d) aplic\u0103 principiul echit\u0103\u0163ii sociale fa\u0163\u0103 de angaja\u0163i, asigur\u00e2nd<br \/>\nniveluri de salarizare echitabile, \u00eentre care nu pot exista diferen\u0163e care s\u0103<br \/>\ndep\u0103\u015feasc\u0103 raportul de 1 la 8.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">\u00cen vederea ob\u0163inerii atestatului, persoanele juridice de drept privat,<br \/>\ntrebuie s\u0103 depun\u0103 sau s\u0103 transmit\u0103 prin po\u015ft\u0103, cu confirmare de primire, la<br \/>\nAJOFM Vaslui urm\u0103toarele documente:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">a) cerere pentru acordarea atestatului, completat\u0103 conform modelului<br \/>\nprev\u0103zut \u00een anexa nr. 2 (la normele metodologice) sau, dup\u0103 caz, \u00een anexa nr. 6<br \/>\n(la normele metodologice) \u00een situa\u0163ia \u00een care se solicit\u0103 concomitent \u015fi<br \/>\nacordarea m\u0103rcii sociale;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">b) actele de \u00eenfiin\u0163are \u015fi func\u0163ionare care demonstreaz\u0103 faptul c\u0103<br \/>\nactivitatea desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 are scop social.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><i><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">Facilitatile de care<br \/>\npot beneficia intreprinderilor sociale de inser\u0163ie: <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:.25in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent:-.25in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Wingdings\" lang=\"RO\"><span>\u00d8<span style=\"font:7.0pt\">\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">\u00centreprinderile<br \/>\nsociale de inser\u0163ie pot beneficia de consiliere gratuit\u0103 la constituirea \u015fi\/sau<br \/>\nla dezvoltarea afacerii, prin compartimentele de specialitate de la nivelul<br \/>\nagen\u0163iei de ocupare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:.25in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent:-.25in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Wingdings\" lang=\"RO\"><span>\u00d8<span style=\"font:7.0pt\">\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">atribuirea unor spa\u0163ii<br \/>\n\u015fi\/sau terenuri aflate \u00een domeniul public al unit\u0103\u0163ilor\/subdiviziunilor<br \/>\nadministrativ-teritoriale, cu respectarea prevederilor Legii administra\u0163iei<br \/>\npublice locale nr. 215\/2001, republicat\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u015fi complet\u0103rile ulterioare,<br \/>\n\u00een scopul desf\u0103\u015fur\u0103rii activit\u0103\u0163ilor pentru care le-a fost acordat\u0103 marca<br \/>\nsocial\u0103;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:.25in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent:-.25in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Wingdings\" lang=\"RO\"><span>\u00d8<span style=\"font:7.0pt\">\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">sprijin, \u00een promovarea<br \/>\nproduselor realizate \u015fi\/sau furnizate, serviciilor prestate ori lucr\u0103rilor<br \/>\nexecutate \u00een comunitate, precum \u015fi \u00een identificarea unor pie\u0163e de desfacere a acestora;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:.25in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent:-.25in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Wingdings\" lang=\"RO\"><span>\u00d8<span style=\"font:7.0pt\">\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">sprijin \u00een promovarea<br \/>\nturismului \u015fi activit\u0103\u0163ilor conexe acestuia, prin valorificarea patrimoniului<br \/>\nistoric \u015fi cultural local;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:.25in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent:-.25in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:Wingdings\" lang=\"RO\"><span>\u00d8<span style=\"font:7.0pt\">\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">alte facilit\u0103\u0163i \u015fi<br \/>\nscutiri de taxe \u015fi impozite acordate de autorit\u0103\u0163ile administra\u0163iei publice locale,<br \/>\n\u00een condi\u0163iile legii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent:.5in\"><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;background:white\" lang=\"RO\">Informa\u021bii suplimentare despre atestarea \u00eentreprinderilor sociale \u0219i<br \/>\nactele necesare conform Legii nr. 219\/2015 privind economia social\u0103 \u0219i a H.G.<br \/>\nnr. 585\/2016 pentru aprobarea Normelor metodologice de aplicare a prevederilor<br \/>\nLegii nr. 219\/2015 privind economia social\u0103 se pot ob\u021bine de la sediul AJOFM<br \/>\nVaslui, strada Spiru Haret, nr.5.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"
