{"id":5726,"date":"2025-12-17T13:05:47","date_gmt":"2025-12-17T11:05:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/satu-mare\/?p=5726"},"modified":"2025-12-17T13:05:47","modified_gmt":"2025-12-17T11:05:47","slug":"ucenicia-la-locul-de-munca-solutie-eficienta-pentru-angajatori-in-formarea-fortei-de-munca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/satu-mare\/ucenicia-la-locul-de-munca-solutie-eficienta-pentru-angajatori-in-formarea-fortei-de-munca\/","title":{"rendered":"Ucenicia la locul de munc\u0103 \u2013 solu\u021bie eficient\u0103 pentru angajatori \u00een formarea for\u021bei de munc\u0103"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ucenicia la locul de munc\u0103 \u2013 solu\u021bie eficient\u0103 pentru angajatori \u00een formarea for\u021bei de munc\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agen\u021bia Jude\u021bean\u0103 pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 Satu Mare aduce la cuno\u0219tin\u021ba angajatorilor posibilitatea de a forma personal calificat prin ucenicia la locul de munc\u0103, \u00een condi\u021biile prev\u0103zute de Legea nr. 279\/2005 privind ucenicia la locul de munc\u0103, republicat\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ucenicia la locul de munc\u0103 se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 \u00een baza unui contract de ucenicie, \u00eencheiat pe durat\u0103 determinat\u0103, care reprezint\u0103 un contract individual de munc\u0103 \u0219i presupune at\u00e2t prestarea activit\u0103\u021bii, c\u00e2t \u0219i formarea profesional\u0103 a ucenicului \u00eentr-o ocupa\u021bie pentru care acesta nu de\u021bine calificare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beneficii pentru angajatori<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angajatorii care \u00eencadreaz\u0103 ucenici pot beneficia de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sprijin financiar lunar acordat din bugetul asigur\u0103rilor pentru \u0219omaj, pe \u00eentreaga durat\u0103 a contractului de ucenicie;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>formarea resursei umane \u00een concordan\u021b\u0103 cu cerin\u021bele \u0219i specificul activit\u0103\u021bii desf\u0103\u0219urate;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>reducerea costurilor de recrutare \u0219i integrare a personalului;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>stabilitatea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 pe termen mediu \u0219i lung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Durata uceniciei este stabilit\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de nivelul de calificare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 luni \u2013 nivel 1;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12 luni \u2013 nivel 2;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>24 luni \u2013 nivel 3;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>36 luni \u2013 nivel 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obliga\u021biile angajatorului<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angajatorii care opteaz\u0103 pentru \u00eencheierea unui contract de ucenicie au urm\u0103toarele obliga\u021bii principale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 asigure formarea profesional\u0103 a ucenicului pe durata contractului;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 desemneze un coordonator de ucenicie;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 asigure condi\u021bii corespunz\u0103toare de munc\u0103 \u0219i preg\u0103tire profesional\u0103;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 respecte legisla\u021bia muncii privind salarizarea, timpul de munc\u0103 \u0219i securitatea \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u00een munc\u0103;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u0103 permit\u0103 evaluarea final\u0103 a competen\u021belor profesionale dob\u00e2ndite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La finalul perioadei de ucenicie, ucenicul sus\u021bine un examen de absolvire, iar \u00een urma promov\u0103rii acestuia ob\u021bine certificat de calificare profesional\u0103, recunoscut la nivel na\u021bional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angajatorii interesa\u021bi pot ob\u021bine informa\u021bii detaliate privind condi\u021biile de eligibilitate, documenta\u021bia necesar\u0103 \u0219i procedura de accesare a sprijinului financiar de la Agen\u021bia Jude\u021bean\u0103 pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 Satu Mare .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ucenicia la locul de munc\u0103 reprezint\u0103 o investi\u021bie sigur\u0103 pentru angajatori, contribuind la formarea unei for\u021be de munc\u0103 calificate \u0219i adaptate nevoilor reale ale pie\u021bei muncii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Persoanele&nbsp;
