(1), lit. c) din<br \/>\nLegea nr. 53\/2003<\/span><\/u> \u2013 Codul muncii, salaria\u021bii vor beneficia de o indemniza\u021bie<br \/>\nsuportat\u0103 din bugetul asigur\u0103rilor pentru \u0219omaj. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font style=\"font-size: 16px\"><\/p>\n<p><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:1.0cm;line-height:110%;background:white\"><font style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-family:\">Nivelul indemniza\u021biei va fi de minimum 75% din salariul de baz\u0103<br \/>\ncorespunz\u0103tor locului de munc\u0103 ocupat pl\u0103tit din fondul de salarii, dar nu mai<br \/>\nmult de 75% din c\u00e2\u0219tigul salarial mediu brut prev\u0103zut de Legea nr. 6\/2020 privind<br \/>\nbugetul asigur\u0103rilor sociale de stat pe anul 2020.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font style=\"font-size: 16px\"><\/p>\n<p><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:1.0cm;line-height:110%;background:white\"><font style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-size:9.0pt;line-height:110%;font-family:\">\u00a0<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font style=\"font-size: 16px\"><\/p>\n<p><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:1.0cm;line-height:110%;background:white\"><font style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-family:\">De aceste prevederi urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 beneficieze salaria\u021bii<br \/>\nangajatorilor <\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,\">care reduc sau \u00eentrerup temporar activitatea, fie total, fie par\u021bial \u2013<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><strong style=\"font-family: Verdana,\">pe perioada st\u0103rii de urgen\u021b\u0103<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,\"><span>\u00a0<\/span>\u0219i care atest\u0103 acest lucru \u00een baza unei declara\u021bii pe proprie r\u0103spundere.<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:center;line-height:110%;background:white\"><font style=\"font-size: 16px\"><b><u><span style=\"font-family:\">Etapele<br \/>\n<span>\u00a0<\/span>pe care angajatorii le vor parcurge <\/span><\/u><\/b><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font style=\"font-size: 16px\"><\/p>\n<p><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:center;line-height:110%;background:white\"><font style=\"font-size: 16px\"><b><u><span style=\"font-family:\">pentru a putea<br \/>\nsolicita indemnizatia pentru suspendarea temporara<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/font><b><span style=\"font-family:\"><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:110%;background:white\"><span style=\"font-family:\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><font style=\"font-size: 16px\"><b><span style=\"font-family:\">Etapa 1<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family:\"> &#8211; suspendarea<br \/>\ncontractelor individuale de munca ale salariatilor in conformitate cu<br \/>\ndispozitiile <u><span style=\"background:yellow\">art. 52,<br \/>\nalin.
