Furnizarea de m\u0103suri active \u00een pachete de servicii integrate<\/em><strong>,<\/strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;pentru urm\u0103toarele&nbsp; posturi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <strong>expert implementare jude\u021bean \u2013 3 posturi;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Pot participa la selec\u021bie numai persoanele care au calitatea de angaja\u021bi ai Agen\u021biei Jude\u021bene pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 NEAMT, subordonat\u0103 a Agen\u021biei Na\u021bionale pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>Agen\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103 pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 are \u00een implementare, cu o durat\u0103 de maxim <strong>36 de luni<\/strong>, proiectul<strong> <\/strong><strong>&#8222;<\/strong><strong>COMPETENT\u2013 Format, calificat, competitiv pe pia\u021ba muncii<\/strong>aferent<em> Programului Educa\u021bie \u0219i Ocupare 2021-2027, Prioritatea 3: <\/em><em>Cre\u0219terea accesului pe pia\u021ba muncii pentru to\u021bi,<\/em><em> Obiectiv specific: ES04.1., Ac\u021biunea 3.a.1.2. Furnizarea de m\u0103suri active \u00een pachete de servicii integrate<\/em>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obiectivul general al proiectului<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cre\u0219terea nivelului de competen\u021be profesionale a 20.000 de persoane \u00eenregistrate la Serviciul Public de Ocupare (SPO) \u00een vederea ocup\u0103rii mai facile a unui loc de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obiectivul proiectului este conform cu elementele cheie relevante din pachetul de ocupare a for\u021bei de munc\u0103 \u0219i se caracterizeaz\u0103 printr-o bun\u0103 consecven\u021b\u0103 cu principalele strategii na\u021bionale. Cre\u0219terea ratei de ocupare a \u0219omerilor constituie un obiectiv al Strategiei Na\u021bionale privind Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 2021-2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obiectivele specifice ale proiectului<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obiectiv Specific 1<\/strong>: Stimularea ocup\u0103rii \u0219omerilor \u00eenregistra\u021bi la Serviciul Public de Ocupare (SPO), prin cre\u0219terea nivelului de competen\u021be profesionale pentru 20.000 de persoane, prin&nbsp; organizarea \u0219i derularea de programe de formare profesional\u0103 pentru persoanele care fac parte din grupul \u021bint\u0103 (\u0219omeri, tineri cu v\u00e2rsta de peste 30 ani, \u0219omeri de lung\u0103 durat\u0103, \u0219omeri cu un nivel redus de competen\u021be, persoane cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi, persoane din comunit\u0103\u021bi marginalizate, persoane din zone rurale, persoane cu v\u00e2rsta peste 55 de ani, persoane re\u00eentoarse \u00een \u021bar\u0103, persoane apar\u021bin\u00e2nd minorit\u0103\u021bilor, persoane eliberate din deten\u021bie, refugia\u021bi, persoane beneficiare ale unei forme de protec\u021bie interna\u021bional\u0103).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Durata total\u0103 a proiectului: 36 luni<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Activit\u0103\u021bile proiectului <\/strong>sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A1. Analiza nevoii de formare profesional\u0103 \u00een vederea cre\u0219terii competen\u021belor pe pia\u021ba muncii a &nbsp; \u0219omerilor \u00eenregistra\u021bi la SPO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A2. Organizarea si derularea de campanii de con\u0219tientizare a \u0219omerilor privind importan\u021ba formarii &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; profesionale pentru pia\u021ba muncii<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A3. Organizarea \u0219i derularea de programe de formare profesional\u0103 pentru \u0219omerii \u00eenregistra\u021bi la &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; SPO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prezentul document are scopul de a descrie \u0219i reglementa modul de desf\u0103\u0219urare a procesului de&nbsp; selec\u021bie a candida\u021bilor pentru ocuparea posturilor aferente echipei de management\/ implementare a proiectului <em>&#8222;COMPETENT\u2013 Format, calificat, competitiv pe pia\u021ba muncii!&#8221;<\/em>, realizarea publicit\u0103\u021bii documentului, etapele \u015fi termenele, precum \u015fi modalitatea de evaluare a candida\u021bilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posturile pentru care se organizeaz\u0103 selec\u021bia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-expert implementare jude\u021bean \u2013 3 posturi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Condi\u021biile de ocupare<\/strong> <strong>a postului de<\/strong> <strong>expert implementare jude\u021bean \u2013 3 posturi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cerin\u021be minime post:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Studii medii absolvite cu diplom\u0103 de bacalaureat (4 ani);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minim 1 an vechime \u00een munc\u0103;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Competen\u021be solicitate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cuno\u0219tin\u021be de specialitate privind ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 \u0219i m\u0103suri active de ocupare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abilit\u0103\u021bi de comunicare \u0219i organizatorice;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abilit\u0103\u021bi de operare Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Atribu\u021bii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identificarea persoanele pentru constituirea grupului \u021bint\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asigur\u0103 verificarea \u0219i centralizarea documentelor necesare pentru participarea la programele de formare profesional\u0103 a persoanelor din grupul \u021bint\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elaboreaz\u0103 rapoarte, transmite la nivel central documentele\/informa\u021biile necesare monitoriz\u0103rii stadiului de implementare proiect \u0219i rapoarte;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asigur\u0103 transmiterea documentelor aferente cererilor de rambursare \u00eentocmite la nivel central;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitorizeaz\u0103 situa\u021bia persoanelor dup\u0103 ie\u0219irea acestora din programele de formare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00censcrierile se fac \u00een termen de 3 zile de la data public\u0103rii anun\u021bului pe site-ul institu\u021biei.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dosarele candida\u021bilor se depun \u00een format electronic la adresa <strong>elena.bodnar.nt@anofm.gov.ro<\/strong>, conform specifica\u021biilor din anun\u021b \u0219i vor primi un num\u0103r de \u00eenregistrare, num\u0103r la care se va face referire \u00een toate anun\u021burile de pe parcursul derul\u0103rii procedurii de selec\u021bie, f\u0103r\u0103 a se men\u021biona numele \u0219i prenumele candida\u021bilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e2n\u0103 la finalizarea procedurii de selec\u021bie, fiecare candidat este obligat s\u0103 transmit\u0103 \u0219i dosarul \u00een format fizic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Candidaturile depuse dup\u0103 data limit\u0103 indicat\u0103 \u00een anun\u021bul de selec\u021bie, depuse sub alt\u0103 form\u0103 sau la o alt\u0103 adres\u0103 de e-mail, precum \u0219i candidaturile incomplete, vor fi respinse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dosarul de \u00eenscriere va reprezenta un singur document pdf \u0219i va con\u021bine urm\u0103toarele documente scanate \u00een urm\u0103toarea ordine:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) Scrisoarea de inten\u021bie a candidatului;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) Copie, certificat\u0103 pentru conformitate cu originalul, a actului de identitate;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) Curriculum vitae \u00een format european, \u00een limba rom\u00e2n\u0103, semnat \u0219i datat pe fiecare pagin\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) Copii, certificate pentru conformitate cu originalul, ale actelor de studii;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e) Copia, certificat\u0103 pentru conformitate cu originalul, a certificatului de c\u0103s\u0103torie, \u00een situa\u021bia \u00een care exist\u0103 diferen\u021b\u0103 de nume \u00eentre actul de identitate \u0219i actele de studii;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f)&nbsp;
