{"id":223,"date":"2023-08-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-31T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/neamt\/anunt-in-atentia-angajatorilor\/"},"modified":"2023-08-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2023-07-31T21:00:00","slug":"anunt-in-atentia-angajatorilor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/neamt\/anunt-in-atentia-angajatorilor\/","title":{"rendered":"Anunt in atentia angajatorilor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;text-align: center;line-height: normal\"><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">A N U N T <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"left\" style=\"margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:left;line-height:normal\"><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;text-align: center;line-height: normal\"><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">IN ATENTIA ANGAJATORILOR<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"left\" style=\"margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:left;line-height:normal\"><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;text-align: center;line-height: normal\"><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">Referitor la obligatia de a<br \/>\ncomunica locurile de munca vacante si ocuparea acestora<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"left\" style=\"margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:left;line-height:normal\"><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"left\" style=\"margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:left;line-height:normal\"><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size:12.0pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0cm\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%\">Potrivit art. 10 alin.(1) din Legea nr.76\/2002 privind sistemul<br \/>\nasigurarilor pentru somaj si stimularea ocuparii fortei de munca, cu<br \/>\nmodificarile si completarile ulterioare, \u201e<\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%\">Angajatorii au obliga\u0163ia s\u0103 comunice agen\u0163iilor pentru ocuparea for\u0163ei de<br \/>\nmunc\u0103 jude\u0163ene, respectiv a municipiului Bucure\u015fti, denumite \u00een continuare<br \/>\nagen\u0163ii pentru ocuparea for\u0163ei de munc\u0103, \u00een c\u0103ror raz\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi au sediul, respectiv<br \/>\ndomiciliul, toate locurile de munc\u0103 vacante, \u00een termen de 5 zile lucr\u0103toare de<br \/>\nla vacantarea acestora.\u201d si potrivit alin.(3) <\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%\">\u201eAngajatorii au obliga\u0163ia s\u0103 comunice agen\u0163iilor pentru ocuparea for\u0163ei de<br \/>\nmunc\u0103 teritoriale, ocuparea locurilor de munc\u0103 vacante care au fost comunicate<br \/>\npotrivit alin. (1), \u00een termen de o zi de la data ocup\u0103rii acestora, \u00een<br \/>\ncondi\u0163iile legii.\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0cm\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%\">Deasemenea,<br \/>\npotrivit<span>\u00a0 <\/span>art.41 alin.<span style=\"color:black\"> (2) din aceeasi lege, \u201eAngajatorii care au \u00eencadrat \u00een<br \/>\nmunc\u0103, conform legii, persoane din r\u00e2ndul beneficiarilor de indemniza\u0163ii de<br \/>\n\u015fomaj au obliga\u0163ia de a anun\u0163a \u00een termen de 3 zile agen\u0163iile pentru ocuparea<br \/>\nfor\u0163ei de munc\u0103 la care ace\u015ftia au fost \u00eenregistra\u0163i.\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0cm\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%\">Faptele privind nerespectarea<br \/>\nprevederilor mentionate mai sus constituie contraventii, potrivit art.113 lit.<br \/>\na) si e), si se sanctioneaza, potrivit art.114 alin.(1), lit.a) si b), cu<br \/>\namenda de <\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%\">la 3.000 lei la 5.000 lei, in<br \/>\nprimul caz, si cu amend\u0103 de la 5.000 de lei la 10.000 de lei, in cel de-al<br \/>\ndoilea caz.<\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family:\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0cm\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family:\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;text-align: center\"><b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%\">CONDUCEREA AJOFM NEAMT<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anunt in atentia angajatorilor<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[16],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-223","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-materiale-informative"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/neamt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/223","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/neamt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/neamt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/neamt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=223"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/neamt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/223\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/neamt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=223"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/neamt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=223"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/neamt\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=223"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
