Managementul de<br \/>\ncaz presupune at\u00e2t evaluarea nevoilor celor care solicita un loc de munc\u0103, c\u00e2t<br \/>\n\u0219i sus\u021binerea acestora pe \u00eentreg parcursul acestui proces.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal\">Obiective<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal\">1.Adaptarea serviciilor de informare \u0219i consiliere profesional\u0103<br \/>\n(inclusiv profilare), pentru persoane provenind din grupuri vulnerabile greu \u0219i<br \/>\nfoarte greu ocupabile prin crearea de proceduri comune pornind de la principiul<br \/>\nmangementului de caz. Concret, parcursul unei persoane p\u00e2n\u0103 la integrarea<br \/>\nsocioprofesional\u0103 va fi analizat individual, cu implicarea mai multor<br \/>\ninstitu\u021bii competente \u00een solu\u021bionarea situa\u021biei specifice cu care se confrunt\u0103<br \/>\npersoana respectiv\u0103. Principiul de baza va fi acela c\u0103 fiecare client este un<br \/>\ncaz special, \u00eens\u0103 abordarea persoanelor vulnerabile se va realiza unitar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal\">2.Proiectarea de noi servicii \/ instrumente integrate \u00eentr-o ofert\u0103<br \/>\ncoerent\u0103 dedicat\u0103 satisfacerii nevoilor a 21.000 persoane asistate prin<br \/>\nservicii de informare \u0219i consiliere profesional\u0103\/ management de caz.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal\">3.Dezvoltarea competen\u021belor personalului propriu din cele 42 structuri<br \/>\nale SPO, \u2013 88 persoane &#8211; prin practic\u0103 si dob\u00e2ndirea de noi competen\u021be necesare<br \/>\npentru implementarea conceptului de management de caz \u0219i furnizarea serviciilor<br \/>\nspecifice de informare \u0219i consiliere.
