eSPOR\u201d<\/i><\/span><i>,<\/i>\u00a0cofinan\u021bat din Fondul Social European (FSE) prin Programul Opera\u021bional Capital Uman 2014-2020 (POCU).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 1rem;font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont,\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family:\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bolder\"><i><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family:\">Obiectivul general<\/span><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family:\">\u00a0\u00eel reprezint\u0103\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family:\">modernizarea \u0219i adaptarea structurilor SPO de la nivel na\u021bional \u0219i teritorial, acest lucru duc\u00e2nd at\u00e2t la cre\u0219terea gradului de satisfac\u021bie a clien\u021bilor Serviciului Public de Ocupare (SPO), c\u00e2t \u0219i la difersificarea serviciilor oferite angajatorilor.<\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 1rem;font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont,\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family:\">Totodat\u0103,\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder\"><i>obiectivele specifice<\/i><\/span>\u00a0sunt prezentate, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 1rem;font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont,\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family:\">-adaptarea serviciilor dedicate angajatorilor \u00een func\u021bie de nevoile acestora prin elaborarea unui set de proceduri simplificate, cu rolul reducerii proceselor birocratice;<\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 1rem;font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont,\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family:\">-cre\u0219terea gradului de satisfac\u021bie a clien\u021bilor SPO &#8211;
