eSPOR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">POCU\/801\/3\/15\/139164<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">Agen\u0163ia Na\u0163ional\u0103 pentru<br \/>\nOcuparea For\u0163ei de Munc\u0103 (ANOFM), \u00een calitate de beneficiar,<\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\"> \u00eempreun\u0103 cu<br \/>\nCentrul Na\u021bional de Formare Profesional\u0103 a Personalului Propriu R\u00e2\u0219nov (CNFPPP<br \/>\nR\u00e2\u0219nov), dar \u0219i <\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">cu sprijinul <\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">agen\u0163iilor jude\u021bene pentru ocuparea for\u0163ei de munc\u0103 din toate<br \/>\nregiunile de dezvoltare ale Rom\u00e2niei, <span style=\"color:#141F25\">implementeaz\u0103,<br \/>\npe o perioad\u0103 de 36 de luni, proiectul <b><i>\u201eRela\u021bia SPO cu angajatorii &#8211; eSPOR\u201d<\/i><\/b><i>,<\/i> cofinan\u021bat din Fondul Social European<br \/>\n(FSE) prin Programul Opera\u021bional Capital Uman 2014-2020 (POCU).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\"><\/span><b><i><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">Obiectivul general<\/span><\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\"> \u00eel reprezint\u0103 <\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">modernizarea \u0219i adaptarea structurilor<br \/>\nSPO de la nivel na\u021bional \u0219i teritorial, acest lucru duc\u00e2nd at\u00e2t la cre\u0219terea<br \/>\ngradului de satisfac\u021bie a clien\u021bilor Serviciului Public de Ocupare (SPO), c\u00e2t<br \/>\n\u0219i la difersificarea serviciilor oferite angajatorilor.<\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\">Totodat\u0103, <b><i>obiectivele<br \/>\nspecifice<\/i><\/b> sunt prezentate, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\">-adaptarea serviciilor<br \/>\ndedicate angajatorilor \u00een func\u021bie de nevoile acestora prin elaborarea unui set<br \/>\nde proceduri simplificate, cu rolul reducerii proceselor birocratice;<\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\">-cre\u0219terea gradului<br \/>\nde satisfac\u021bie a clien\u021bilor SPO &#8211; angajatori &#8211; prin implementarea acestora<\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">;<\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\">-dobandirea \u0219i dezvoltarea<br \/>\nde <\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">noi competen\u021be pentru personalul<\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"> SPO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te <b><i>g<\/i><\/b><\/span><b><i><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\">rupul \u021bint\u0103<\/span><\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\">, acesta este prezentat,<br \/>\nastfel:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\">1. <b>Personalul propriu<\/b> care cuprinde at\u00e2t personalul<br \/>\nde conducere c\u00e2t \u0219i pe cel de execu\u021bie din cadrul unit\u0103\u021bilor centrale \u0219i<br \/>\nteritoriale ale SPO, din cele 8 regiuni de dezvoltare ale Rom\u00e2niei,<br \/>\nreprezent\u00e2nd 905 persoane, ace\u0219tia fiind beneficiarii programelor de formare<br \/>\nprofesional\u0103\/instruire\u00een vederea ob\u021binerii de competen\u021be suplimentare \u00een<br \/>\ndomeniul de activitate;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\">2. <b>Institu\u021bii ale SPO<\/b> reprezentate prin<br \/>\ncele 42 agen\u021bii teritoriale;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\">3. Actuali \u0219i<br \/>\npoten\u021biali <b>clien\u021bi ai SPO<\/b>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\">&#8211; minim 21.000<br \/>\nangajatori;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\">&#8211; minim 105.000<br \/>\n\u0219omeri media\u021bi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"><\/span><b><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\">SCOPUL proiectului<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">\u00eel reprezint\u0103 crearea unei <\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\">PlatformeUnic\u0103 de Livrare a<br \/>\nServiciilor, \u00een care vor fi integrate toate serviciile dedicate angajatorilor,<br \/>\nfacilit\u00e2ndu-se, astfel, interac\u021biunea acestora cu agen\u021biile teritoriale pentru<br \/>\nocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103, \u00een special prin cre\u0219terea eficien\u021bei \u00een cadrula<br \/>\nactivit\u0103\u021bii de depunere a documentelor, reduc\u00e2ndu-se, substan\u021bial, timpul<br \/>\nalocat acestei activit\u0103\u021bi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"><\/span><b><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\">BUGETUL estimat al proiectului<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\">-17.812.298 euro (86.769.049 lei), din care, aproximativ, 15.039.874 euro<span> reprezint\u0103 cheltuieli totale nerambursabile, la cursul de referin\u021b\u0103 al BNR<br \/>\n1 euro = 4,8 lei.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div
