{"id":2159,"date":"2023-12-14T22:54:01","date_gmt":"2023-12-14T20:54:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/misiune\/"},"modified":"2024-09-30T12:42:17","modified_gmt":"2024-09-30T09:42:17","slug":"misiune","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/ialomita\/misiune\/","title":{"rendered":"Misiune"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Agen\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103 pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 aplic\u0103 politicile \u0219i strategiile privind ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 \u0219i formarea profesional\u0103 a persoanelor \u00een c\u0103utarea unui&nbsp; loc&nbsp; de&nbsp; munc\u0103,&nbsp; elaborate&nbsp; de&nbsp; Ministerul&nbsp; Muncii&nbsp; si&nbsp; Solidarit\u0103\u021bii&nbsp; Sociale&nbsp; \u0219i&nbsp; are urmatoarele obiective principale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>stimularea ocup\u0103rii for\u021bei de munc\u0103 \u0219i cre\u0219terea gradului de ocupare a for\u021bei de munc\u0103;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>stimularea\u00a0 \u00eencadr\u0103rii\u00a0 tinerilor\u00a0 absolven\u021bi\u00a0 ai\u00a0 institu\u021biilor\u00a0 de\u00a0 inv\u0103t\u0103m\u00e2nt\u00a0 \u00een cadrul unui proces coerent de tranzi\u021bie de la sistemul educa\u021bional la pia\u021ba muncii;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>prevenirea \u0219omajului;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>stimularea particip\u0103rii persoanelor aflate \u00een c\u0103utarea unui loc de munc\u0103 la serviciile de formare profesional\u0103 \u0219i de evaluare a competen\u021belor dobandite pe alte c\u0103i dec\u00e2t cele formale;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> cre\u0219terea\u00a0 \u0219anselor\u00a0 de\u00a0 ocupare\u00a0 \u0219i\u00a0 a\u00a0 incluziunii\u00a0 sociale\u00a0 a\u00a0 unor\u00a0 categorii\u00a0 de persoane care se confrunt\u0103 cu dificult\u0103\u021bi la \u00eencadrarea \u00een munca prin servicii \u0219i m\u0103suri active de stimulare a ocup\u0103rii;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>protec\u021bia\u00a0 persoanelor\u00a0 supuse\u00a0 riscului\u00a0 pierderii\u00a0 locului\u00a0 de\u00a0 munc\u0103\u00a0 \u00een\u00a0 cadrul sistemului asigur\u0103rilor pentru \u0219omaj;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>protectia\u00a0 salaria\u021bilor\u00a0 angajatorilor\u00a0 \u00een\u00a0 stare\u00a0 de\u00a0 insolven\u021b\u0103,\u00a0 \u00een\u00a0 condi\u021biile prevazute de Legea nr. 200\/2006 privind constituirea \u0219i utilizarea Fondului de garantare pentru plata crean\u021belor salariale, cu modific\u0103rile ulterioare;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> facilitarea\u00a0 liberei\u00a0 circula\u021bii\u00a0 a\u00a0 lucr\u0103torilor\u00a0 \u00een\u00a0 statele\u00a0 membre\u00a0 ale\u00a0 Uniunii Europene\u00a0 \u0219i\u00a0 \u00een\u00a0 statele\u00a0 semnatare\u00a0 ale\u00a0 Acordului\u00a0 privind\u00a0 Spa\u021biul\u00a0 Economic European, precum \u0219i \u00een alte state cu care Rom\u00e2nia a incheiat tratate, acorduri sau conven\u021bii.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Agen\u021bia&nbsp; Jude\u021beana&nbsp; pentru&nbsp; Ocuparea&nbsp; For\u021bei&nbsp; de&nbsp; Munc\u0103&nbsp; <\/strong><strong>Ialomi\u021ba<\/strong><strong>&nbsp; <\/strong>este&nbsp; o&nbsp; institu\u021bie public\u0103 cu personalitate juridic\u0103, \u00eenfiin\u021bat\u0103 \u00een baza Legii 145\/1998, \u00eencepand cu data de 1 ianuarie 1999. Functioneaz\u0103 \u00een subordinea Agen\u021biei Na\u021bionale pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 (ANOFM). Are ca obiective :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aplicarea strategiilor \u0219i politicilor privind ocuparea \u0219i formarea profesional\u0103 a for\u021bei de munc\u0103;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prevenirea \u0219omajului;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aplicarea m\u0103surilor de protec\u021bie social\u0103 pentru persoanele \u00een c\u0103utarea unui loc\u00a0 de\u00a0 munc\u0103\u00a0 precum \u0219i\u00a0 cele\u00a0 supuse\u00a0 riscului\u00a0 pierderii\u00a0 locului\u00a0 de\u00a0 munc\u0103\u00a0 in condi\u021biile legii;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aplicarea m\u0103surilor de stimulare a ocup\u0103rii for\u021bei de munc\u0103<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Agen\u021bia Jude\u021bean\u0103 pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 Ialomi\u021ba\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>are, \u00een principal, urm\u0103toarele <strong>atribu\u021bii<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> asigur\u0103 \u0219i coordoneaz\u0103 aplicarea politicilor \u00een domeniul ocup\u0103rii \u0219i form\u0103rii profesionale; organizeaz\u0103, presteaz\u0103 \u0219i finan\u021beaz\u0103, \u00een condi\u021biile legii, servicii de\u00a0 ocupare\u00a0 \u0219i\u00a0 formare\u00a0 profesional\u0103\u00a0 a\u00a0 for\u021bei\u00a0 de\u00a0 munc\u0103\u00a0 ne\u00eencadrate\u00a0 prin compartimentele de specialitate \u0219i prin prestatorii de servicii;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 pentru sprijinirea mobilit\u0103\u021bii for\u021bei de munc\u0103 \u0219i pentru asigurarea flexibilit\u0103\u021bii func\u021bionale a pie\u021bei muncii;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>coordoneaz\u0103 \u0219i asigur\u0103 realizarea presta\u021biilor pentru \u00eenf\u0103ptuirea politicii de ocupare \u0219i circula\u021bie a for\u021bei de munc\u0103 pe plan intern \u0219i interna\u021bional;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>organizeaz\u0103 \u0219i asigur\u0103, prin serviciile de specialitate, informarea, consilierea \u0219i orientarea profesional\u0103 a persoanelor aflate \u00een c\u0103utarea unui loc de munc\u0103 \u00een vederea ocup\u0103rii \u0219i realiz\u0103rii echilibrului \u00eentre cererea \u0219i oferta de for\u021b\u0103 de munc\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coordoneaz\u0103 \u0219i realizeaz\u0103 servicii de preconcediere \u00een situa\u021bii de concedieri masive de personal;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> sus\u021bine rela\u021bii de parteneriat \u0219i cofinan\u021bare \u00een crearea de noi locuri de munc\u0103, \u00eendeosebi \u00een zonele defavorizate \u0219i \u00een cele \u00een care pia\u021ba muncii este puternic tensionat\u0103;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aplic\u0103 procedurile adecvate de gestiune previzional\u0103 a cererii \u0219i a ofertei de munc\u0103 \u00een conformitate cu instruc\u021biunile Agen\u021biei Na\u021bionale pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>asigur\u0103 aplicarea m\u0103surilor de protec\u021bie social\u0103 a persoanelor ne\u00eencadrate \u00een munc\u0103, cu respectarea prevederilor legale \u00een vigoare;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> elaboreaz\u0103 studii \u0219i analize \u00een domeniul ocup\u0103rii \u0219i form\u0103rii profesionale;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>face\u00a0 propuneri\u00a0 privind\u00a0 elaborarea\u00a0 proiectului\u00a0 bugetului\u00a0 asigur\u0103rilor\u00a0 pentru \u0219omaj, pentru activit\u0103\u021bile specifice \u00een profil teritorial;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> administreaz\u0103 bugetul asigur\u0103rilor pentru \u0219omaj repartizat \u0219i prezint\u0103 Agen\u021biei Na\u021bionale\u00a0 pentru\u00a0 Ocuparea\u00a0 For\u021bei\u00a0 de\u00a0 Munc\u0103\u00a0 bilan\u021bul\u00a0 contabil,\u00a0 contul\u00a0 de execu\u021bie bugetar\u0103 \u0219i raportul anual de activitate;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>acrediteaz\u0103 furnizorii de servicii de specialitate pentru stimularea ocup\u0103rii for\u021bei de munc\u0103;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>propune programe de ocupare de nivel local, sau dupa caz, zonal;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>elaboreaz\u0103\u00a0 \u00een\u00a0 baza\u00a0 indicatorilor\u00a0 sociali\u00a0 stabili\u021bi,\u00a0 programe\u00a0 de\u00a0 activitate anuale, pe care le supune aprob\u0103rii Agen\u021biei Na\u021bionale pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 \u0219i raporteaz\u0103 periodic realizarea prevederilor acestora;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aplic\u0103, la nivel jude\u021bean, prevederile referitoare la presta\u021biile de \u0219omaj din cadrul acordurilor bilaterale \u00eencheiate de Rom\u00e2nia cu alte state \u00een domeniul coordon\u0103rii sistemelor de securitate social\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AJOFM<\/strong>&nbsp; <strong>Ialomi\u021ba<\/strong><strong>&nbsp; <\/strong>este&nbsp; o&nbsp; agen\u021bie&nbsp; teritorial\u0103&nbsp; care&nbsp; asigur\u0103&nbsp; implementarea,&nbsp; la&nbsp; nivel jude\u021bean&nbsp; ,&nbsp; a&nbsp; m\u0103surilor&nbsp; de&nbsp; prevenire&nbsp; a&nbsp; \u0219omajului,&nbsp; protec\u021bia&nbsp; social\u0103&nbsp; a&nbsp; persoanelor ne\u00eencadrate \u00een&nbsp; munc\u0103,&nbsp;
