{"id":495,"date":"2021-06-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-06-08T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/dolj\/relatia-spo-cu-angajatorii-espor\/"},"modified":"2021-06-09T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2021-06-08T21:00:00","slug":"relatia-spo-cu-angajatorii-espor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/dolj\/relatia-spo-cu-angajatorii-espor\/","title":{"rendered":"Rela\u021bia SPO cu angajatorii &#8211; eSPOR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family:\">Agen\u0163ia Na\u0163ional\u0103 pentru<br \/>\nOcuparea For\u0163ei de Munc\u0103 (ANOFM), \u00een calitate de beneficiar,<\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family:\"> \u00eempreun\u0103 cu Centrul<br \/>\nNa\u021bional de Formare Profesional\u0103 a Personalului Propriu R\u00e2\u0219nov (CNFPPP R\u00e2\u0219nov),<br \/>\ndar \u0219i <\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family:\">cu sprijinul <\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family:\">agen\u0163iilor<br \/>\njude\u021bene pentru ocuparea for\u0163ei de munc\u0103 din toate regiunile de dezvoltare ale<br \/>\nRom\u00e2niei, <span style=\"color:#141F25\">implementeaz\u0103, pe o perioad\u0103 de 36 de<br \/>\nluni, proiectul <b><i>\u201eRela\u021bia SPO cu angajatorii &#8211; eSPOR\u201d<\/i><\/b><i>,<\/i> cofinan\u021bat din Fondul Social European (FSE) prin Programul Opera\u021bional<br \/>\nCapital Uman 2014-2020 (POCU).<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><b><i><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family:\">Obiectivul general<\/span><\/i><\/b><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family:\"> \u00eel reprezint\u0103 <\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family:\">modernizarea \u0219i adaptarea<br \/>\nstructurilor SPO de la nivel na\u021bional \u0219i teritorial, acest lucru duc\u00e2nd at\u00e2t la<br \/>\ncre\u0219terea gradului de satisfac\u021bie a clien\u021bilor Serviciului Public de Ocupare (SPO),<br \/>\nc\u00e2t \u0219i la difersificarea serviciilor oferite angajatorilor.<\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-family:\">Totodat\u0103, <b><i>obiectivele specifice<\/i><\/b> sunt<br \/>\nprezentate, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-family:\">-adaptarea serviciilor dedicate angajatorilor \u00een func\u021bie de nevoile<br \/>\nacestora prin elaborarea unui set de proceduri simplificate, cu rolul reducerii<br \/>\nproceselor birocratice;<\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-family:\">-cre\u0219terea gradului de satisfac\u021bie a clien\u021bilor SPO &#8211; angajatori &#8211;<br \/>\nprin implementarea acestora<\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family:\">;<\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-family:\">-dobandirea \u0219i dezvoltarea de <\/span><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family:\">noi competen\u021be pentru personalul<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"> SPO.<\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span lang=\"RO\" style=\"font-family:\">\u00cen<br \/>\nceea ce prive\u0219te <b><i>g<\/i><\/b><\/span><b><i><span style=\"font-family:\">rupul \u021bint\u0103<\/span><\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-family:\">,<br \/>\nacesta este prezentat, astfel:<\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-family:\">1. <b>Personalul propriu<\/b><br \/>\ncare cuprinde at\u00e2t personalul de conducere c\u00e2t \u0219i pe cel de execu\u021bie din cadrul<br \/>\nunit\u0103\u021bilor centrale \u0219i teritoriale ale SPO, din cele 8 regiuni de dezvoltare<br \/>\nale Rom\u00e2niei, reprezent\u00e2nd 905 persoane, ace\u0219tia fiind beneficiarii programelor<br \/>\nde formare profesional\u0103\/instruire\u00een vederea ob\u021binerii de competen\u021be<br \/>\nsuplimentare \u00een domeniul de activitate;<\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-family:\">2. <b>Institu\u021bii ale SPO<\/b><br \/>\nreprezentate prin cele 42 agen\u021bii teritoriale;<\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-family:\">3. Actuali \u0219i poten\u021biali <b>clien\u021bi<br \/>\nai SPO<\/b>:<\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-family:\">&#8211; minim 21.000 angajatori;<\/span><span style=\"font-size:12.0pt;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-family:\">&#8211;
