Proiectul propune activitati concrete care se incadreaza in obiectivul tematic al finantarii si care ofera solutii ce va contribui la cresterea competitivitatii \u00een jude\u021bul Gorj, precum \u0219i la dezvoltarea social\u0103 a comunitatii, dar nu in ultimul rand la dezvoltarea inteligenta a unui mediu economic durabil, datorita asistentei si activitatilor de sprijin derulate in cadrul proiectului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postul pentru care se organizeaz\u0103 selec\u021bia precum cerin\u021bele \u0219i atribu\u021biile pentru ocuparea acestora sunt urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coordonator<strong><em><u> <\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong><em><u>partener \u2013 1 post<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cerin\u0163e din fi\u015fa postului:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; -Adaptarea la un volum suplimentar de munc\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atribu\u021bii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Asigur\u0103 managementul general al proiectului la nivelul CRFPA VL;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repartizeaz\u0103 sarcini\u00a0 \u015fi teme de lucru;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stabile\u015fte\u00a0 priorit\u0103\u0163ile \u015fi ia decizii privind activit\u0103\u0163ile proiectului \u015fi monitorizarea acestora;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stabile\u015fte \u015fi aloc\u0103 resursele financiare \u015fi achizitiile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elaboreaz\u0103 planuri de ac\u0163iune \u015fi adopt\u0103 m\u0103suri pentru realizarea activit\u0103\u0163ilor \u015fi atingerea obiectivelor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stabileste relatii de colaborare cu partenerii, beneficiarii si finantatorii proiectului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Asigur\u0103 rezolvarea problemelor ap\u0103rute \u00een realizarea proiectului \u015fi face propuneri de \u00eembunatatire a stilului de lucru pentru a maximiza eficien\u0163a atingerii obiectivelor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motiveaz\u0103 echipa de proiect prin comunicare \u015fi prin evaluarea permanenta a subordona\u0163ilor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduce \u015fedin\u0163ele de lucru ale echipei de implementare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verific\u0103 pontajul lunar, rapoartele de activitate \u015fi temele de lucru pentru personalul din subordine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Particip\u0103 la toate evenimentele proiectului, asigur\u00e2nd preg\u0103tirea adecvat\u0103 a acestora<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intocmeste rapoarte de progres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Men\u0163ine permanent rela\u0163ia cu Autoritatea contractant\u0103 \u00een vederea unei implement\u0103ri corespunz\u0103toare a proiectului;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alte sarcini care intervin pe parcurs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00censcrierile se fac \u00een termen de 3 zile de la data public\u0103rii anun\u021bului, respectiv \u00een perioada&nbsp;
