(4) din OUG nr. 132\/2020 \u2013 reducere timp munc\u0103<\/span><\/b><b><span lang=\"EN-US\"><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">\u00cen<br \/>\n cazul reducerii temporare a activit\u0103\u0163ii determinate\u00a0 de\u00a0 instituirea\u00a0<br \/>\nst\u0103rii\u00a0 de\u00a0 urgen\u0163\u0103\/alert\u0103\/asediu,\u00a0 \u00een\u00a0 condi\u0163iile\u00a0 legii,\u00a0 angajatorii\u00a0<br \/>\n au posibilitatea reducerii timpului de munc\u0103 a salaria\u0163ilor cu cel mult<br \/>\n 50% din durata prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u00een contractul\u00a0 individual\u00a0 de\u00a0 munc\u0103,\u00a0 cu\u00a0<br \/>\ninformarea\u00a0 \u015fi\u00a0 consultarea\u00a0 sindicatului,\u00a0 a\u00a0 reprezentan\u0163ilor<br \/>\nsalaria\u0163ilor sau a salaria\u0163ilor, dup\u0103 caz, anterior comunic\u0103rii deciziei<br \/>\n salariatului.<br \/>Reducerea timpului de munc\u0103 se stabile\u015fte prin decizia<br \/>\n angajatorului, pentru o perioad\u0103 de cel pu\u0163in 5 zile lucr\u0103toare<br \/>\nconsecutive, angajatorul av\u00e2nd obliga\u0163ia de stabilire a programului de<br \/>\nmunc\u0103 pentru \u00eentreaga lun\u0103.<br \/>Pe\u00a0 durata\u00a0 reducerii\u00a0 timpului\u00a0 de\u00a0<br \/>\nmunc\u0103\u00a0 salaria\u0163ii afecta\u0163i de m\u0103sur\u0103 beneficiaz\u0103 de o indemniza\u0163ie de<br \/>\n75% din diferen\u0163a dintre salariul de baz\u0103 brut prev\u0103zut \u00een contractul<br \/>\nindividual de munc\u0103 \u015fi salariul de baz\u0103 brut aferent orelor de munc\u0103<br \/>\nefectiv\u00a0 prestate\u00a0 ca\u00a0 urmare\u00a0 a\u00a0 reducerii\u00a0 timpului de munc\u0103, \u00een<br \/>\ncompletarea drepturilor salariale cuvenite, calculate la timpul efectiv<br \/>\nlucrat. <br \/>Indemniza\u0163ia de mai sus este suportat\u0103 de angajator \u015fi se<br \/>\nachit\u0103 la data pl\u0103\u0163ii salariului\u00a0 aferent\u00a0 lunii\u00a0 respective,\u00a0 urm\u00e2nd\u00a0<br \/>\na\u00a0 se\u00a0 deconta\u00a0 din\u00a0 bugetul asigur\u0103rilor pentru \u015fomaj dup\u0103 \u00eendeplinirea<br \/>\n de c\u0103tre angajator a obliga\u0163iilor declarative \u015fi de plat\u0103 aferente<br \/>\nveniturilor din salarii\u00a0 \u015fi\u00a0 asimilate\u00a0 salariilor\u00a0 din\u00a0 perioada\u00a0<br \/>\npentru\u00a0 care\u00a0 se\u00a0 face\u00a0 solicitarea\u00a0 \u00een\u00a0 conformitate\u00a0 cu prevederile\u00a0<br \/>\nLegii\u00a0 nr.\u00a0 227\/2015\u00a0 privind\u00a0 Codul\u00a0 fiscal.<\/span><br \/><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm;text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Documentele<br \/>\n necesare angajatorilor pentru decontarea indemniza\u021biei prev\u0103zut\u0103 de<br \/>\nArt. 1 alin (4) din OUG nr. 132\/2020 au fost aprobate prin Ordinul<br \/>\nMinistrului<br \/>\nMuncii \u0219i Protec\u021biei Sociale nr. 1393\/15.09.2020, publicat \u00een Monitorul<br \/>\nOficial<br \/>\nnr. 850\/16.09.2020. Acestea se vor descarca din plarforma <b><a href=\"http:\/\/aici.gov.ro\/\">aici.gov.ro<\/a>, <\/b>vor<br \/>\n fi completate \u00een format &#8222;PDF inteligent&#8221;, \u00eenc\u0103rcate \u015fi transmise<br \/>\nagen\u0163iei pentru ocuparea for\u0163ei de munc\u0103 prin intermediul aceleia\u015fi<br \/>\nplatforme. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span>Recomand\u0103m angajatorilor s\u0103 \u00eencarce \u00een platforma <a href=\"http:\/\/aici.gov.ro\/\">aici.gov.ro<\/a>\u00a0 doar\u00a0 formularele electronice \u00een format\u00a0 \u201cPDF inteligent\u201d cu toate c\u00e2mpurile completate.<\/span><\/b><span><\/span><span><\/span><span><\/span><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm;text-align: justify\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Not\u0103:<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\"> Pentru o bun\u0103 func\u021bionalitate a formularelor PDF, rug\u0103m angajatorii<br \/>\ns\u0103 nu utilizeze browserul pentru deschidere ci s\u0103 foloseasc\u0103 aplica\u021bii dedicate<br \/>\n(ex: Adobe Reader).<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Angajatorii pot accesa platforma aici.gov.ro in vederea decontarii indemnizatiei prevazuta la Art. 1 alin.
