style=\"font-size: 14px\"><font>Agen\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103 pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 reaminte\u0219te tuturor angajatorilor (persoane fizice\/juridice de drept public sau privat) c\u0103, potrivit art. 10 din Legea\u00a0nr. 76\/2002 privind sistemul asigur\u0103rilor pentru \u015fomaj \u015fi stimularea ocup\u0103rii for\u0163ei de munc\u0103, au obliga\u021bia de a comunica agen\u021biilor jude\u021bene pentru ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 (AJOFM) toate locurile de munc\u0103 vacante,\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder\">\u00een termen de 5 zile\u00a0<\/span>lucr\u0103toare de la vacantarea acesto<font>ra.<\/font><\/font><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\"><\/span><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt 16px;font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont,\"><span style=\"line-height: 18.4px\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt 16px;font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont,\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"line-height: 16.1px;font-family:\">Comunicarea locurilor de munc\u0103 vacante se realizeaz\u0103 prin completarea \u015fi transmiterea\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"background-color: transparent\" href=\"\/upload\/9449\/anexa_1a.doc\"><i><span style=\"line-height: 16.1px;font-family:\">Anexei 1A<\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span style=\"line-height: 16.1px;font-family:\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/font><span style=\"line-height: 18.4px;font-family:\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\">din Normele metodologice pentru aplicarea Legii nr. 76\/20<\/font><font style=\"font-size: 14px\">02.<\/font><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt 16px;font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont,\"><font><font style=\"font-family:\"><font>De asemenea, angajatorii au obliga\u0163ia s\u0103 comunice \u015fi ocuparea locurilor de munc\u0103 vacante care au fost declarate la AJOFM,\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder\">\u00een termen de o zi\u00a0<\/span>de la data ocup\u0103rii acestora, \u00een condi\u0163iile legi<\/font>i. \u00cen acest sens, angajatorii completeaz\u0103 \u015fi transmit\u00a0<a style=\"background-color: transparent\" href=\"\/upload\/9449\/anexa_1b.doc\"><i><span>Anexa 1B<\/span><\/i><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/a><\/font><span style=\"font-family:\">din Normele metodologice pentru aplicarea Legii nr. 76\/2002.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><br \/><\/span><\/font><span style=\"font-family:\">Locurile de munc\u0103 vacante\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\">sunt<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\">, potrivit actului normativ mai sus men\u021bionat, locurile de munc\u0103 devenite disponibile ca urmare a \u00eencet\u0103rii raporturilor de munc\u0103 sau de serviciu, precum \u015fi locurile de munc\u0103 nou-create<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt 16px;font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont,\"><span style=\"line-height: 18.4px\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span>A<\/span>ngajatorii care au \u00eencadrat \u00een munc\u0103, conform legii, persoane din r\u00e2ndul beneficiarilor de indemniza\u0163ie de \u015fomaj au obliga\u0163ia de a anun\u0163a\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bolder\">\u00een termen de 3 zile\u00a0<\/span>agen\u0163iile pentru ocuparea for\u0163ei de munc\u0103 la care ace\u015ftia au fost \u00eenregistra\u0163i, conform art.41 alin.(2) din Legea nr.76\/2002.<\/font><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><\/span><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt 16px;font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont,\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\" style=\"font-size: 14px\"><font size=\"3\"><span style=\"line-height: 16.1px;font-size: 14px\">Nerespectarea prevederilor art. 10 din Legea nr 76\/2002 constituie contraven\u0163ie \u015fi se sanc\u0163ioneaz\u0103 cu amend\u0103 de la 3.000 lei la 5.000 lei. De asemenea, nerespectarea prevederilor art. 41 alin.
