De asemenea, s-a discutat despre nevoia de a dezvolta m\u0103suri specifice pentru atragerea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 din diaspora, o resurs\u0103 esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru echilibrarea deficitului de personal calificat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen acest context, Florin Coto\u0219man a explicat c\u0103 ANOFM se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-un amplu proces de modernizare pentru a veni \u00een \u00eent\u00e2mpinarea nevoilor angajatorilor, iar unul dintre pilonii acestui proces este proiectul Reconect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eReconect ne-a permis s\u0103 implement\u0103m un sistem inovator care monitorizeaz\u0103 inser\u021bia absolven\u021bilor din institu\u021biile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt \u0219i a celor care urmeaz\u0103 cursuri de formare profesional\u0103. Prin acest proiect, anticip\u0103m nevoile pie\u021bei muncii \u0219i oferim solu\u021bii care r\u0103spund cerin\u021belor angajatorilor, baz\u00e2ndu-ne pe date precise \u0219i mecanisme de evaluare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totodat\u0103, proiectul Reconect include \u0219i un sistem de evaluare a politicilor publice din educa\u021bie \u0219i ocupare, asigur\u00e2ndu-ne c\u0103 m\u0103surile aplicate r\u0103spund efectiv nevoilor pie\u021bei \u0219i contribuie la reducerea \u0219omajului, \u00een special \u00een r\u00e2ndul tinerilor \u0219i al celor cu un nivel redus de educa\u021bie&#8221;, a precizat Florin Coto\u0219man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, printr-un alt proiect european, ANOFM a digitalizat complet serviciile oferite angajatorilor, dezvolt\u00e2nd aplica\u021bii pentru declararea locurilor de munc\u0103 vacante \u0219i mediere automat\u0103, care faciliteaz\u0103 selec\u021bia rapid\u0103 a candida\u021bilor potrivi\u021bi cerin\u021belor angajatorilor. Aceste servicii includ consiliere profesional\u0103 prin teste online \u0219i profilarea persoanelor \u00een c\u0103utarea unui loc de munc\u0103, oferind informa\u021bii esen\u021biale despre pia\u021ba muncii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre\u0219edintele a ad\u0103ugat c\u0103 ANOFM va continua procesul de modernizare: \u201eServicii digitalizate \u00een totalitate vor fi oferite de anul viitor \u0219i persoanelor fizice. Ne moderniz\u0103m \u0219i ne transform\u0103m pentru c\u0103 \u0219i contextul actual este mult diferit fa\u021b\u0103 de anii \u00een care a fost \u00eenfiin\u021bat\u0103 institu\u021bia.
