lang=\"FR\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">Legea nr. 544\/2001 privind liberal acces la informatiile de interes public,<br \/>\nactualizat\u0103<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><b><span style=\"font-family:\" lang=\"RO\">ART. 21<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-family:\" lang=\"RO\"><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>(1) Refuzul explicit sau tacit al<br \/>\nangajatului desemnat al unei autorit\u0103\u0163i ori institu\u0163ii publice pentru aplicarea<br \/>\nprevederilor prezentei legi constituie abatere \u015fi atrage r\u0103spunderea<br \/>\ndisciplinar\u0103 a celui vinovat.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-family:\" lang=\"RO\"><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\" lang=\"FR\">(2) Impotriva<br \/>\nrefuzului prev\u0103zut la alin. (1) se poate depune reclama\u0163ie la conduc\u0103torul<br \/>\nautorit\u0103\u0163ii sau al institu\u0163iei publice respective \u00een termen de 30 de zile de la<br \/>\nluarea la cunostinta de c\u0103tre persoana lezata.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-family:\" lang=\"FR\"><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>(3) Dac\u0103 dup\u0103 cercetarea<br \/>\nadministrativ\u0103 reclama\u0163ia se dovede\u015fte intemeiata, r\u0103spunsul se transmite<br \/>\npersoanei lezate \u00een termen de 15 zile de la depunerea reclama\u0163iei \u015fi va con\u0163ine<br \/>\nat\u00e2t informa\u0163iile de interes public solicitate ini\u0163ial, cat \u015fi men\u0163ionarea<br \/>\nsanc\u0163iunilor disciplinare luate impotriva celui vinovat.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-family:\" lang=\"FR\"><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><b><span style=\"font-family:\" lang=\"FR\">ART. 22<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\"font-family:\" lang=\"FR\"><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>(1) \u00cen cazul \u00een care o persoana<br \/>\nse considera v\u0103t\u0103mat\u0103 \u00een drepturile sale, prev\u0103zute \u00een prezenta lege, aceasta<br \/>\npoate face pl\u00e2ngere la sec\u0163ia de contencios administrativ a tribunalului \u00een a<br \/>\ncarei raza teritorial\u0103 domiciliaz\u0103 sau \u00een a carei raza teritorial\u0103 se afla<br \/>\nsediul autorit\u0103\u0163ii ori al institu\u0163iei publice.
