\/>\nasigurarea acompaniamentului social personalizat de c\u0103tre Agen\u0163ia Na\u0163ional\u0103<br \/>\npentru Ocuparea For\u0163ei de Munc\u0103 prin intermediul agen\u0163iilor pentru ocuparea<br \/>\nfor\u0163ei de munc\u0103 teritoriale, \u00een baza unui contract de solidaritate;\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif\"><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt;text-align: justify;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span initial;background-attachment: initial\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-family:\"><span>Prin <b>t\u00e2n\u0103r cu<br \/>\nrisc de marginalizare social\u0103<\/b> se \u00een\u021belege persoana cu v\u00e2rsta cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre<br \/>\n16- 26 de ani, care este \u0219omer \u00een accep\u021biunea Legii nr. 76\/2002 cu modific\u0103rile<br \/>\n\u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare, se \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 la agen\u0163ia pentru ocuparea for\u0163ei<br \/>\nde munc\u0103 \u00een a c\u0103rei raz\u0103 teritorial\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi are domiciliul sau, dup\u0103 caz,<br \/>\nre\u015fedin\u0163a \u015fi se \u00eencadreaz\u0103 \u00een una dintre urm\u0103toarele categorii:<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt;text-align: justify;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-attachment: initial\"><font style=\"font-size:
