Cre\u0219terea<br \/>\ngradului de satisfac\u021bie al clien\u021bilor SPO angajatori, prin design-ul \u0219i<br \/>\nimplementarea de noi servicii \/ instrumente \/ sisteme \/ proceduri \/ mecanisme,<br \/>\ncu accent pe servicii de mediere a muncii modernizate, integrate \u00eentr-o ofert\u0103<br \/>\ncoerent\u0103, dedicat\u0103 satisfacerii nevoilor a minim 21.000 angajatori, prin<br \/>\nmedierea a 105.000 \u0219omeri \u00eenregistra\u021bi.<b><i><\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left:0in\"><b><i><span lang=\"RO\">Obiectivul<br \/>\nspecific 3:<\/span><\/i><\/b><span lang=\"RO\"> dezvoltarea competentelor personalului propriu (A3). Dezvoltarea<br \/>\ncompeten\u021belor resursei umane din structurile SPO prin \u00eenva\u021bare reciproc\u0103,<br \/>\ndobandirea\/dezvoltarea de noi competen\u021be necesare pentru implementarea<br \/>\nstrategiei de dezvoltare a serviciilor pentru angajatori \u0219i furnizarea<br \/>\nserviciilor specifice, la nivelul de calitate a\u0219teptat de clien\u021bii SPO prin<br \/>\norganizarea de formare profesional\u0103 sau instruire pentru 568 angaja\u021bi ai SPO.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"
