\u00cen perioada ianuarie-februarie 2026, au fost integrate pe pia\u021ba muncii datorit\u0103 m\u0103surilor de stimulare a ocup\u0103rii for\u021bei de munc\u0103 implementate de Agen\u021bia Jude\u021bean\u0103 pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 Boto\u0219ani un num\u0103r total de 263 persoane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Din totalul persoanelor ocupate p\u00e2n\u0103 la data de 28.02.2026, 125 au peste 45 de ani,    34 au v\u00e2rsta cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 35 \u0219i 45 de ani, 14 au \u00eentre 30 \u0219i 35 de ani, 25 au \u00eentre 25 \u0219i  30 de ani, iar 65 sunt tineri sub 25 de ani. Din totalul persoanelor ocupate, 90 sunt tineri NEETs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Num\u0103rul femeilor \u00eencadrate este de 129, iar al b\u0103rba\u0163ilor de 134 ponderea acestora \u00een totalul persoanelor \u00eencadrate fiind de 49,05%, respectiv de 50,95 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00cen func\u0163ie de reziden\u0163\u0103, 128 <\/em>persoane angajate \u00een perioada de referin\u0163\u0103 provin din mediul urban, iar 135 <\/em>persoane sunt din mediul rural. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nivelul  de  preg\u0103tire  al  persoanelor  pentru  care  a  fost identificat un loc de munc\u0103 arat\u0103 c\u0103 cele mai multe au studii liceale (111), profesionale (51), gimnaziale (51),  superioare (31) iar (9) fiind cu studii postliceale. Din totalul persoanelor \u00eencadrate prin intermediul AJOFM Boto\u0219ani la data de 28.02.2026,  un num\u0103r de 62 persoane fac  parte  din  categoria  celor    greu ocupabile .                                                                    <\/p>\n\n\n\n
