III alin. (1)<br \/>\n\u00a0\u015fi (2) din OUG 92\/2020<\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"EN-GB\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u00cen<br \/>\nconformitate cu prevederile Ordinului Pre\u015fedintelui ANOFM nr. 456\/2020 pentru<br \/>\naprobarea Procedurii de acordare a <\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"EN-GB\">sumelor prev\u0103zute de art. III<br \/>\nalin. (1) \u00a0\u015fi (2) din Ordonan\u0163a de urgen\u0163\u0103 a Guvernului nr. 92\/2020 \u00a0pentru<br \/>\ninstituirea unor m\u0103suri active de sprijin destinate angaja\u0163ilor \u015fi<br \/>\nangajatorilor \u00een contextul situa\u0163iei epidemiologice determinate de r\u0103sp\u00e2ndirea<br \/>\ncoronavirusului SARS-CoV-2, precum \u015fi pentru modificarea unor acte normative,<span>\u00a0 <\/span>pentru acordarea sumelor prev\u0103zute la art.<br \/>\nIII alin. (1) \u00a0\u015fi (2) din ordonan\u0163a de urgen\u0163\u0103, \u00a0angajatorii <b>vor<br \/>\n\u00eencheia<\/b> cu agen\u0163ia pentru ocuparea for\u0163ei de munc\u0103 jude\u0163ean\u0103, respectiv a<br \/>\nmunicipiului Bucure\u015fti, \u00een raza c\u0103reia ace\u015ftia \u00ee\u015fi au sediul social, dar <b>nu<br \/>\nmai t\u00e2rziu de data de 31 decembrie 2020<\/b>, <b>o conven\u0163ie<\/b> potrivit<br \/>\nmodelului prev\u0103zut \u00een anexa nr. 1 la procedur\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"EN-GB\">Termenul<br \/>\n\u201c31 decembrie 2020\u201d este termen de dec\u0103dere din dreptul de a beneficia de<br \/>\nsumele prev\u0103zute la art. III alin. (1) \u015fi (2) din ordonan\u0163a de urgen\u0163\u0103<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00cen<br \/>\nvederea \u00eencheierii conven\u0163iei, angajatorii <b>depun prin mijloace electronice<br \/>\nde transmitere la distan\u0163\u0103<\/b>, conform prevederilor legale, <b>ca urmare a<br \/>\nde\u0163inerii unui certificat calificat<\/b>, eliberat \u00een condi\u0163iile Legii nr.<br \/>\n455\/2001 privind semn\u0103tura electronic\u0103, republicat\u0103, cu complet\u0103rile<br \/>\nulterioare,<b> o cerere<\/b> potrivit modelului prev\u0103zut \u00een anexa nr. 2 la procedur\u0103<br \/>\n(ata\u015fat\u00e3), <b>\u00eenso\u0163it\u0103 de urm\u0103toarele documente:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\" lang=\"EN-GB\">\u2003\u2003a)<br \/>\ndeclara\u0163ie pe propria r\u0103spundere, dat\u0103 prin reprezentantul legal, dintre care<br \/>\ns\u0103 rezulte c\u0103 nu se afl\u0103 \u00een una dintre situa\u0163iile prev\u0103zute la art.
