Agen\u021biei Jude\u021bene pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 Boto\u0219ani .<\/p>\n<p>Agen\u021bia Jude\u021bean\u0103 pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 Boto\u0219ani \u00een temeiul prevederilor art. 502 alin. (1) lit. c) \u0219i art. 506 alin. (1) lit. b), alin. (2) &#8211; alin. (5) \u0219i alin. (8) \u2013 alin. (9) din Ordonan\u021ba de urgen\u021b\u0103 a Guvernului nr.57\/2019 privind Codul administrativ, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare, anun\u021b\u0103 declan\u0219area unei proceduri de transfer la cerere, pentru ocuparea unui post aferent unei func\u0163ii publice de execu\u0163ie vacante de consilier, clasa I, grad profesional superior \u2013 Compartimentul medierea muncii, consiliere \u0219i formare profesional\u0103 \u2013 Serviciul Agen\u021bia Local\u0103 pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 Boto\u0219ani, \u00een conformitate cu dispozi\u021biile Regulamentului \u2013 cadru privind ocuparea unei func\u021bii publice vacante din cadrul Agen\u021biei Jude\u021bene pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 Boto\u0219ani , prin transfer la cerere, aprobat prin Decizia nr.144\/26.07.2023             <\/p>\n<p>Preciz\u0103m c\u0103 potrivit dispozi\u021biilor art. 5 alin. (1) din Regulament: <\/p>\n<p>\u201eTransferul la cerere se face la solicitarea func\u021bionarului public \u0219i cu aprobarea directorului executiv al Agen\u021biei Jude\u021bene pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 Boto\u0219ani\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen situa\u021bia aprob\u0103rii transferului la cerere al func\u0163ionarului public declarat admis, AJOFM Boto\u0219ani \u00een\u015ftiin\u0163eaz\u0103 cu celeritate autoritatea sau institu\u0163ia public\u0103 \u00een cadrul c\u0103reia \u00ee\u015fi desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 activitatea func\u0163ionarul public, despre aprobarea cererii de transfer. <\/p>\n<p>Data de la care opereaz\u0103 transferul la cerere nu poate dep\u0103\u015fi 30 de zile calendaristice de la data emiterii actului administrativ.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>DOCUMENTE NECESARE \u0218I DAT\u0102 LIMIT\u0102<\/p>\n<p>Persoanele interesate sunt invitate s\u0103 depun\u0103 la sediul Agen\u021biei Jude\u021bene pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de \tMunc\u0103 Boto\u0219ani, prin registratur\u0103, \u00een termen de 10 zile calendaristice de la data afi\u015f\u0103rii anun\u0163ului,  urm\u0103toarele documente:<\/p>\n<p>a)\tcerere de transfer, conform modelului ata\u0219at;<\/p>\n<p>b)\tcurriculum vitae, modelul comun european;<\/p>\n<p>c)\tcopia actului de identitate;<\/p>\n<p>d)\tcopii ale diplomelor de studii, certificatelor \u015fi altor documente care atest\u0103 efectuarea unor specializ\u0103ri \u015fi perfec\u0163ion\u0103ri, raportat la cerin\u0163ele din fi\u015fa postului vacant;<\/p>\n<p>e)\tcopia carnetului de munc\u0103 \u015fi a adeverin\u0163ei eliberate de angajator, dup\u0103 caz, pentru perioada lucrat\u0103, care s\u0103 ateste vechimea \u00een specialitatea studiilor solicitate pentru ocuparea func\u0163iei publice; <\/p>\n<p>f)\tadeverin\u021ba medical\u0103, care s\u0103 ateste starea de s\u0103n\u0103tate corespunz\u0103toare func\u0163iei publice solicitate; <\/p>\n<p>g)\tacordul privind prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal, conform modelului ata\u0219at.<\/p>\n<p>Copiile de pe actele de mai sus, se prezint\u0103 \u00een copii legalizate sau \u00eenso\u0163ite de documentele originale, care se certific\u0103 pentru conformitatea cu originalul de c\u0103tre secretarul comisiei.<\/p>\n<p>Procedura de selec\u021bie \u00een cazul transferului la cerere cuprinde urm\u0103toarele etape succesive:<\/p>\n<p>a)\tselec\u021bia persoanelor care \u00eendeplinesc condi\u021biile \u00een vederea ocup\u0103rii posturilor vacante prin transfer la cerere;<\/p>\n<p>b)\tproba interviu. Proba interviu va putea fi sus\u021binut\u0103 doar de solicitan\u021bii declara\u021bi admi\u0219i la etapa selec\u021biei.<\/p>\n<p>TERMENUL LIMIT\u0102 DE DEPUNERE A DOCUMENTELOR MEN\u021aIONATE: 10 august 2023, ora 16:30<\/p>\n<p>Conform prevederilor art. 15 \u0219i 16 din Regulamentul \u2013 cadru privind ocuparea unei func\u021bii publice din cadrul AJOFM Boto\u0219ani, prin transfer la cerere, aprobat prin Decizia nr.144\/26.07.2023, , ulterior verific\u0103rii dosarului\/dosarelor de \u00eenscriere la procedura de transfer la cerere \u015fi afi\u015f\u0103rii rezultatului selec\u021biei, va fi organizat\u0103 proba interviu \u00een data de 16 august, ora 11:00, la sediul Agen\u0163iei Jude\u021bene pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 Boto\u0219ani.<\/p>\n<p>CONDI\u021aII SPECIFICE PENTRU OCUPAREA, PRIN TRANSFER LA CERERE, A FUNC\u021aIEI PUBLICE VACANTE <\/p>\n<p>    Pentru func\u021bia public\u0103 de execu\u0163ie vacant\u0103 de consilier , clasa I, grad profesional    superior:<\/p>\n<p>\uf0fc\tStudii universitare de licen\u0163\u0103 absolvite cu diplom\u0103 de licen\u0163\u0103 sau echivalent\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>\uf0fc\tVechimea \u00een specialitate necesar\u0103: minimum 7 ani vechime \u00een specialitatea studiilor necesare exercit\u0103rii func\u021biei publice.<\/p>\n<p>Abilit\u0103\u0163i, calit\u0103\u0163i \u015fi aptitudini necesare:<\/p>\n<p>-abilit\u0103\u021bile de comunicare;<\/p>\n<p>-capacitatea de analiz\u0103 \u0219i sintez\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>-abilit\u0103\u021bile impuse de func\u021bie;<\/p>\n<p>-motiva\u021bia candidatului;<\/p>\n<p>-comportamentul \u00een situa\u021biile de criz\u0103<\/p>\n<p>Bibliografie pentru func\u021bia public\u0103 de execu\u021bie vacant\u0103 de consilier, clasa I, grad profesional superior la Compartimentul medierea muncii, consiliere \u0219i formare profesional\u0103 \u2013 Serviciul Agen\u021bia Local\u0103 pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 Boto\u0219ani:<\/p>\n<p>BIBLIOGRAFIE:<\/p>\n<p>          1.
