Cre\u0219terea nivelului de calificare al resurselor umane prin \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea nivelului de competen\u021be al persoanelor \u0219omere \u0219i inactive apte de munc\u0103 \u0219i adaptarea competen\u0163elor la cerin\u0163ele pie\u0163ei muncii, pentru a facilita reintegrarea acestora pe pia\u021ba muncii, conform obiectivelor cuprinse \u00een Strategia Na\u0163ional\u0103 pentru Ocuparea For\u0163ei de Munc\u0103 2021-2027; <\/p>\n<p>2. \u00cencurajarea particip\u0103rii largi \u0219i favorabile incluziunii pentru grupurile dezavantajate pe pia\u021ba muncii la programe de formare profesional\u0103 sau \u00een procese de evaluare a competen\u0163elor dob\u00e2ndite \u00een context informal sau nonformal;<\/p>\n<p>3.
