{"id":5624,"date":"2025-07-25T09:14:49","date_gmt":"2025-07-25T06:14:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/bistrita-nasaud\/?p=5624"},"modified":"2025-07-25T09:15:38","modified_gmt":"2025-07-25T06:15:38","slug":"in-atentia-angajatorilor-din-judetul-bistrita-nasaud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/bistrita-nasaud\/in-atentia-angajatorilor-din-judetul-bistrita-nasaud\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00cen aten\u021bia angajatorilor din jude\u021bul Bistri\u0163a \u2013 N\u0103s\u0103ud"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>AJOFM Bistri\u0163a \u2013 N\u0103s\u0103ud implementeaz\u0103 proiectul &#8222;FORMACTIV&#8221;, proiect care sprijin\u0103 ocuparea \u0219i formarea profesional\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angajatorii care \u00eencadreaz\u0103 persoane cu v\u00e2rsta de peste 30 de ani&nbsp; \u00eenregistrate \u00een eviden\u021bele AJOFM Bistri\u0163a \u2013 N\u0103s\u0103ud si au nevoie de specializare la locul de munc\u0103, vor fi sprijini\u021bi \u00een acest sens prin programul \u201eFORMACTIV\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programul este implementat de ANOFM \/ FII Informat \u0219i va beneficia de o finan\u021bare total\u0103 de 63 de milioane de euro, provenind din fonduri europene \u0219i de la bugetul de stat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beneficii pentru angaja\u021bi \u0219i angajatori:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calificare profesional\u0103 adaptat\u0103 pie\u021bei muncii;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oportunit\u0103\u021bi concrete de ocupare pentru \u0219omeri;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subven\u021bii pentru angajatori: 2.250 de lei\/lun\u0103 pentru fiecare ucenic, conform Legii nr. 279\/2005 (aceast\u0103 sum\u0103 se acord\u0103 propor\u021bional cu timpul efectiv lucrat de ucenic, inclusiv pe durata concediului de odihn\u0103 anual);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cre\u0219terea gradului de ocupare \u0219i reducerea \u0219omajului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contractul de ucenicie este un contract individual de munc\u0103, \u00eencheiat pe durat\u0103 determinat\u0103, \u00een temeiul c\u0103ruia un ucenic se oblig\u0103 s\u0103 se preg\u0103teasc\u0103 profesional \u00een timpul activit\u0103\u021bii profesionale. Angajatorul se oblig\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eei asigure plata salariului \u015fi toate condi\u0163iile necesare form\u0103rii profesionale.
