style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:150%\"><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:150%\"><span>Ca urmare a efectelor produse<br \/>\nde coronavirusul SARS-CoV-2, guvernul a publicat \u00een Monitorul Oficial nr.945<br \/>\ndin data de 04.10.2021, cele doua acte normative care prev\u0103d reintroducerea<br \/>\n\u0219omajului tehnic (OUG nr.110\/02.10.2021) \u0219i a zilelor libere pl\u0103tite pentru<br \/>\np\u0103rin\u021bi (OUG nr.111\/02.10.2021).<span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:150%\"><span>Angaja\u021bii, angajatorii \u0219i<br \/>\np\u0103rin\u021bii vor primi \u00een continuare sprijin din partea statului, a\u0219a cum au primit<br \/>\n\u00een toat\u0103 perioada st\u0103rii de urgen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i de alert\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:150%\"><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:150%\"><span>M\u0103sura \u0219omajului tehnic,<br \/>\nadic\u0103 acordarea indemniza\u021biei de 75% din salariul de baz\u0103 corespunz\u0103tor locului<br \/>\nde munc\u0103 ocupat, dar nu mai mult de 75% din c\u00e2\u015ftigul salarial mediu brut<br \/>\nprev\u0103zut de Legea bugetului asigur\u0103rilor sociale de stat pe anul 2021 se va<br \/>\naplica p\u00e2n\u0103 la 31 decembrie 2021, pentru urm\u0103toarele categorii de beneficiari:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent:-.25in;line-height:150%\"><span style=\"font-family:Symbol\"><span>\u00b7<span style=\"font:7.0pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><span>Salaria\u0163ii<br \/>\nangajatorilor care \u00eentrerup pe perioad\u0103 determinat\u0103 activitatea total sau<br \/>\npar\u021bial, ca urmare a aplic\u0103rii m\u0103surilor de prevenire \u0219i control ale infec\u021biilor<br \/>\ncu SARS-CoV-2, prev\u0103zute \u00een actele normative emise de administra\u021bia public\u0103<br \/>\ncentral\u0103 \u0219i\/sau a hot\u0103r\u00e2rilor Comitetului Na\u0163ional pentru Situa\u0163ii de Urgen\u0163\u0103<br \/>\nsau a comitetului jude\u021bean\/al municipiului Bucure\u0219ti pentru situa\u021bii de<br \/>\nurgen\u021b\u0103, stabilite \u00een func\u021bie de inciden\u021ba cumulat\u0103 la 14 zile \u00een<br \/>\njude\u021b\/localitate;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent:-.25in;line-height:150%\"><span style=\"font-family:Symbol\"><span>\u00b7<span style=\"font:7.0pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><span>Salaria\u0163ii<br \/>\nangajatorilor a c\u0103ror activitate a fost suspendat\u0103 ca urmare a anchetei<br \/>\nepidemiologice efectuate de direc\u0163iile de s\u0103n\u0103tate public\u0103 jude\u0163ene, respectiv<br \/>\na municipiului Bucure\u015fti, cu excep\u021bia salaria\u021bilor afla\u0163i \u00een concediu medical<br \/>\n\u015fi care primesc indemniza\u0163ia de asigur\u0103ri sociale aferent\u0103;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpLast\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-indent:-.25in;line-height:150%\"><span style=\"font-family:Symbol\"><span>\u00b7<span style=\"font:7.0pt\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><span>Profesioni\u0219ti<br \/>\nprecum comercian\u021bii, \u00eentreprinz\u0103torii, operatorii economici precum \u0219i orice<br \/>\nalte persoane autorizate s\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219oare activit\u0103\u021bi economice sau profesionale,<br \/>\npersoanele fizice care ob\u021bin venituri exclusiv din drepturile de autor \u0219i<br \/>\ndrepturile conexe, persoanele care au \u00eencheiate conven\u0163ii individuale de munc\u0103<br \/>\n\u00een baza legii privind organizarea \u015fi func\u0163ionarea coopera\u0163iei, persoane<br \/>\nimplicate \u00een activit\u0103\u021bi sportive precum sportivi, antrenori, medici, asisten\u021bi<br \/>\nmedicali, maseuri, kinetoterapeu\u021bi etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:150%\"><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:150%\"><span>P\u0103rin\u021bii vor beneficia de<br \/>\nzile libere pl\u0103tite, adic\u0103 a unei indemniza\u0163ii de 75% din salariul de baz\u0103<br \/>\ncorespunz\u0103tor unei zile lucr\u0103toare, dar nu mai mult de corespondentul pe zi a<br \/>\n75% din c\u00e2\u015ftigul salarial mediu brut, pentru fiecare zi liber\u0103 acordat\u0103, \u00een<br \/>\ncazul suspend\u0103rii cursurilor cu prezen\u021b\u0103 fizic\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul anului<br \/>\n\u0219colar 2021 \u2013 2022.
