style=\"font-size: 14px\" face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\">Agen\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103<br \/>\npentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103 reaminte\u0219te tuturor angajatorilor (persoane<br \/>\nfizice\/juridice de drept public sau privat) c\u0103, potrivit art. 10 din Legea\u00a0nr. 76\/2002 privind sistemul asigur\u0103rilor<br \/>\npentru \u015fomaj \u015fi stimularea ocup\u0103rii for\u0163ei de munc\u0103, au obliga\u021bia de a comunica<br \/>\nagen\u021biilor jude\u021bene pentru ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 (AJOFM) toate locurile de<br \/>\nmunc\u0103 vacante, <b>\u00een termen de 5 zile <\/b>lucr\u0103toare de la vacantarea acesto<font>ra.<br \/>\n<\/font><\/font><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\"><\/span><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt 16px;line-height: 115%;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt 16px;text-align: justify;line-height: 115%\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;font-family:\">Comunicarea<br \/>\nlocurilor de munc\u0103 vacante se realizeaz\u0103 prin completarea \u015fi transmiterea <\/span><a href=\"\/upload\/9449\/anexa_1a.doc\"><i><span style=\"line-height: 115%;font-family:\">Anexei 1A<\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span style=\"line-height: 115%;font-family:\"> <\/span><\/i><\/font><span style=\"line-height: 115%;font-family:\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\">din Normele metodologice pentru<br \/>\naplicarea Legii nr. 76\/20<\/font><font style=\"font-size: 14px\">02.<\/font><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family:\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt 16px;text-align: justify;line-height: 115%;font-size: 14px\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\"><font style=\"font-family:\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\">De asemenea, angajatorii au obliga\u0163ia s\u0103<br \/>\ncomunice \u015fi ocuparea locurilor de munc\u0103 vacante care au fost declarate la<br \/>\nAJOFM, <b>\u00een termen de o zi <\/b>de la data ocup\u0103rii acestora, \u00een condi\u0163iile<br \/>\nlegi<\/font>i. \u00cen acest sens, angajatorii completeaz\u0103 \u015fi transmit <a href=\"\/upload\/9449\/anexa_1b.doc\"><i><span>Anexa 1B<\/span><\/i><i> <\/i><\/a><\/font><span style=\"font-family:\">din Normele metodologice pentru aplicarea Legii nr. 76\/2002.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><br \/><\/span><\/font><span style=\"font-family:\">Locurile de munc\u0103 vacante\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\">sunt<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\">, potrivit actului normativ mai sus<br \/>\nmen\u021bionat, locurile de munc\u0103 devenite disponibile ca urmare a \u00eencet\u0103rii<br \/>\nraporturilor de munc\u0103 sau de serviciu, precum \u015fi locurile de munc\u0103 nou-create<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt 16px;line-height: 115%;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">A<\/span>ngajatorii care au \u00eencadrat \u00een munc\u0103, conform legii,<br \/>\npersoane din r\u00e2ndul beneficiarilor de indemniza\u0163ie de \u015fomaj au obliga\u0163ia de a<br \/>\nanun\u0163a <b>\u00een termen de 3 zile <\/b>agen\u0163iile pentru ocuparea for\u0163ei de munc\u0103 la<br \/>\ncare ace\u015ftia au fost \u00eenregistra\u0163i, conform art.41 alin.(2) din Legea nr.76\/2002.<\/font><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><\/span><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 6pt 16px;line-height: 115%;text-align: justify\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\" face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><font size=\"3\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%;font-size: 14px\">Nerespectarea<br \/>\nprevederilor art. 10 din Legea nr 76\/2002 constituie contraven\u0163ie \u015fi se<br \/>\nsanc\u0163ioneaz\u0103 cu amend\u0103 de la 3.000 lei la 5.000 lei. De asemenea, nerespectarea<br \/>\nprevederilor art. 41 alin.
