Decizia de re\u00eentoarcere reprezint\u0103 o motiva\u021bie personal\u0103 \u0219i presupune un efort de adaptare, at\u00e2t uman c\u00e2t \u0219i social.<\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\">\n<p><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\" style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;text-align: justify\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\">Pentru a facilita acest proces v\u0103 punem la dispozi\u0163ie informa\u021bii privind modul \u00een care statul rom\u00e2n \u00eei sprijin\u0103 pe cei care vor s\u0103 se repatrieze \u015fi s\u0103 se reintegreze pe pia\u0163a de munc\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia, ori care vor s\u0103 se \u00eentoarc\u0103 \u00een calitate de investitori sau mici \u00eentreprinz\u0103tori.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\"><u>Ministerul Muncii \u0219i Justi\u021biei Sociale, prin politicile sale \u00een domeniul ocup\u0103rii \u0219i mobilit\u0103\u021bii for\u021bei de munc\u0103 aplicate de c\u0103tre\u00a0<b>Agen\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103 pentru Ocuparea For\u021bei de Munc\u0103<\/b><\/u>, ofer\u0103 o serie de facilit\u0103\u0163i cet\u0103\u0163enilor rom\u00e2ni, at\u00e2t celor care se afl\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia c\u00e2t \u0219i celor care se \u00eentorc \u00een \u0163ar\u0103, cu scopul de a facilita inser\u0163ia acestora pe pia\u0163a autohton\u0103 a muncii.\u00a0<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">Astfel, L<u>egea nr. 76\/2002, privind sistemul asigur\u0103rilor pentru \u015fomaj \u015fi stimularea ocup\u0103rii for\u0163ei de munc\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u015fi complet\u0103rile ulterioare, prevede m\u0103suri concrete, sus\u0163inute din bugetul asigur\u0103rilor pentru \u015fomaj, pentru cre\u015fterea \u015fanselor de ocupare a persoanelor \u00een c\u0103utarea unui loc de munc\u0103 precum \u015fi stimularea angajatorilor pentru \u00eencadrarea \u00een munc\u0103 a \u015fomerilor \u015fi crearea de noi locuri de munc\u0103.\u00a0<\/u>\u00a0<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">Agen\u0163ia Na\u0163ional\u0103 pentru Ocuparea For\u0163ei de Munc\u0103 (ANOFM) aplic\u0103 m\u0103suri de stimulare a ocup\u0103rii:<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\"><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 7.1pt 6pt 0px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">&#8211;\u00a0<u><b>medierea muncii<\/b><\/u>\u00a0&#8211; prin care se realizeaz\u0103 punerea \u00een leg\u0103tura a angajatorilor cu persoanele aflate \u00een c\u0103utarea unui loc de munc\u0103, \u00een vederea stabilirii de raporturi de munc\u0103 sau de serviciu. Serviciile de mediere se acord\u0103 gratuit pentru persoanele \u00eenscrise \u00een baza de date a ANOFM.<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">&#8211;\u00a0<u><b>informarea \u015fi consilierea profesional\u0103<\/b><\/u>\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0 prin care se ofer\u0103 un ansamblu de servicii acordate \u00een mod gratuit persoanelor \u00een c\u0103utarea unui loc de munc\u0103, care au ca scop furnizarea de informa\u0163ii privind pia\u0163a muncii \u015fi evolu\u0163ia ocupa\u0163iilor;<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\"><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 7.1pt 6pt 0px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">&#8211;\u00a0<u><b>formarea profesional\u0103<\/b><\/u>\u00a0\u2013 prin care se asigur\u0103 cre\u015fterea \u015fi diversificarea competen\u021belor profesionale \u00een scopul asigur\u0103rii mobilit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi integr\u0103rii pe pia\u0163a muncii, se ofer\u0103 gratuit pentru persoanele \u00eenregistrate \u00een baza de date a AJOFM. Accesul la programele de formare profesional\u0103 se face \u00een urma activit\u0103\u0163ii de informare \u015fi consiliere profesional\u0103 sau de mediere.\u00a0<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">&#8211;\u00a0<b><u>evaluarea \u0219i recunoa\u0219terea competen\u021belor profesionale ob\u021binute \u00een context nonformal \u0219i informa<\/u>l<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 se asigur\u0103 pentru persoanele care nu de\u0163in certificat de competen\u0163e profesionale, de calificare sau de absolvire pentru anumite competen\u0163e, ocupa\u0163ie ori calificare \u015fi nu au eventuale restric\u0163ii medicale. Persoanele aflate \u00een c\u0103utarea unui loc de munc\u0103, beneficiaz\u0103, \u00een mod gratuit, din bugetul asigur\u0103rilor pentru \u015fomaj, de servicii de evaluare \u015fi certificare a competen\u0163elor profesionale dob\u00e2ndite pe alte c\u0103i dec\u00e2t cele formale. Accesul la serviciile gratuite de evaluare \u015fi certificare a competen\u0163elor profesionale dob\u00e2ndite pe alte c\u0103i dec\u00e2t cele formale se face \u00een urma activit\u0103\u0163ii de informare \u015fi consiliere profesional\u0103 sau de mediere.<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\"><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\"><b>Acordarea de prime \u00een vederea angaj\u0103rii urm\u0103toarelor categorii:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\"><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">&#8211;<u><b>\u00a0prima de activare<\/b><\/u>\u00a0&#8211; \u0219omerilor \u00eenregistra\u0163i la agen\u0163iile pentru ocuparea for\u0163ei de munc\u0103, de cel pu\u0163in 30 de zile, care nu beneficiaz\u0103 de indemniza\u0163ie de \u015fomaj, \u00een situa\u0163ia \u00een care se angajeaz\u0103 cu norm\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103, pentru o perioad\u0103 mai mare de 3 luni, ulterior datei \u00eenregistr\u0103rii la agen\u0163iile pentru ocuparea for\u0163ei de munc\u0103, beneficiaz\u0103 de o prim\u0103 de activare \u00een valoare de 1.000 de lei. Prima de activare stabilit\u0103 se acord\u0103 \u00een dou\u0103 tran\u0219e:<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\"><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 7.1pt 6pt 40px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 tran\u0219\u0103 egal\u0103 cu 50% din cuantumul stabilit, la data angaj\u0103rii;<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px 40px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 tran\u0219\u0103 egal\u0103 cu 50% din cuantumul stabilit, dup\u0103 expirarea perioadei de 3 luni de la angajare.<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\"><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 7.1pt 6pt 0px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">&#8211;\u00a0<u><b>prima de inser\u021bie<\/b><\/u>\u00a0&#8211; absolven\u0163ilor institu\u0163iilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt \u015fi absolven\u0163ilor \u015fcolilor speciale, \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 de minimum 16 ani, care, \u00een termen de 60 de zile de la absolvire, se \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 la agen\u0163iile pentru ocuparea for\u0163ei de munc\u0103 \u015fi se angajeaz\u0103 cu norm\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103 pentru o perioad\u0103 mai mare de 12 luni, beneficiaz\u0103, din bugetul asigur\u0103rilor pentru \u015fomaj, de o prim\u0103 de inser\u0163ie egal\u0103 cu de 3 ori valoarea indicatorului social de referin\u0163\u0103 \u00een vigoare la data \u00eencadr\u0103rii.<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">Prima de inser\u0163ie stabilit\u0103 \u00een cuantumul de mai sus se acord\u0103 \u00een dou\u0103 tran\u015fe, astfel:<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\"><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 7.1pt 6pt 40px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 o tran\u015f\u0103 egal\u0103 cu 50% din cuantumul stabilit, la data angaj\u0103rii;<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px 40px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 o tran\u015f\u0103 egal\u0103 cu 50% din cuantumul stabilit, dup\u0103 expirarea perioadei de 12 luni de la angajare.<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\"><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 7.1pt 6pt 0px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">&#8211;\u00a0<u><b>prima de mobilitate<\/b><\/u>\u00a0&#8211; (<b>prima de \u00eencadrare, prima de instalare \u015fi prima de relocare<\/b>) \u015fomerilor \u00eenregistra\u0163i, inclusiv \u0219omerilor de lung\u0103 durat\u0103, astfel:<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px 40px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<u><b>prima de \u00eencadrare<\/b><\/u>\u00a0&#8211; pot beneficia persoanele \u00eenregistrate ca \u015fomeri la agen\u0163iile pentru ocuparea for\u0163ei de munc\u0103 \u015fi care se \u00eencadreaz\u0103, potrivit legii, \u00eentr-o localitate situat\u0103 la o distan\u0163\u0103 mai mare de 15 km de localitatea \u00een care \u00ee\u015fi au domiciliul sau re\u015fedin\u0163a. Cuantumul se calculeaz\u0103 la 0,5 lei\/ km, dar nu mai mult de 55 lei\/zi, propor\u0163ional cu num\u0103rul de zile \u00een care \u00ee\u015fi desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 efectiv activitatea la angajator. Prima de \u00eencadrare se acord\u0103 pe o perioad\u0103 de 12 luni.<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\"><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 7.1pt 6pt 40px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<u><b>prima de instalare<\/b><\/u>\u00a0&#8211; pot beneficia persoanele \u00eenregistrate ca \u0219omeri la agen\u021biile pentru ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 care se \u00eencadreaz\u0103 \u00een munc\u0103, potrivit legii, \u00eentr-o alt\u0103 localitate situat\u0103 la o distan\u021b\u0103 mai mare de 50 km fa\u021b\u0103 de localitatea \u00een care \u00ee\u015fi au domiciliul sau re\u0219edin\u021ba \u015fi ca urmare a acestui fapt, \u00ee\u015fi schimb\u0103 domiciliul sau \u00ee\u0219i stabilesc re\u0219edin\u021ba \u00een localitatea respectiv\u0103 sau \u00een localit\u0103\u021bile \u00eenvecinate acesteia. Prima de instalare se acord\u0103, astfel:<br \/>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 12.500 lei pentru persoanele \u00eenregistrate ca \u0219omeri la agen\u021biile pentru ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 \u0219i care se \u00eencadreaz\u0103 \u00een munc\u0103, potrivit legii, \u00eentr-o alt\u0103 localitate \u015fi, ca urmare a acestui fapt, \u00ee\u015fi schimb\u0103 domiciliul\/ re\u0219edin\u021ba;<br \/>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 15.500 lei pentru persoanele \u00eenregistrate ca \u0219omeri la agen\u021biile pentru ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 \u0219i care se \u00eencadreaz\u0103 \u00een munc\u0103, potrivit legii, \u00eentr-o alt\u0103 localitate \u015fi, ca urmare a acestui fapt, \u00ee\u015fi schimb\u0103 domiciliul\/ re\u0219edin\u021ba, \u00een situa\u021bia \u00een care sunt \u00eenso\u021bite de membrii familiei \u00een sensul Legii Nr.287\/2009 privind Codul civil, republicat\u0103, iar \u00een cazul familiei monoparentale, \u00een situa\u021bia \u00een care sunt \u00eenso\u021bite de copilul sau copiii afla\u021bi \u00een \u00eentre\u021binere;<br \/>\u00cen cazul \u00een care ambii so\u021bi \u00eendeplinesc condi\u021biile de acordare a primei de instalare, unul va primi suma de 12.500 lei, iar cel\u0103lalt va primi o prim\u0103 de instalare \u00een cuantum de 3.500 lei.\u00a0<br \/>Primele de instalare, \u00een cuantumurile enun\u0163ate mai sus, se acord\u0103 \u00een dou\u0103 tran\u015fe: 50% din suma stabilit\u0103, la data instal\u0103rii \u015fi 50% dup\u0103 expirarea perioadei de 12 luni de la angajare.<br \/>Prin excep\u021bie, \u00een situa\u021bia \u00een care angajatorul sau autorit\u0103\u021bile publice locale sau centrale, asigur\u0103 locuin\u021b\u0103 de serviciu sau suportarea cheltuielilor aferente din fonduri ale angajatorului sau fonduri publice, prima de instalare se acord\u0103 \u00een cuantum diferen\u021biat, astfel:<br \/>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3.500 lei pentru persoanele care \u00ee\u015fi schimb\u0103 domiciliul sau re\u015fedin\u0163a;<br \/>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 6.500 lei at\u00e2t \u00een cazul persoanelor care \u00ee\u015fi schimb\u0103 domiciliul sau re\u015fedin\u0163a \u015fi sunt \u00eenso\u021bite de membrii familiei, c\u00e2t \u015fi \u00een cazul familiei monoparentale, \u00een situa\u021bia \u00een care este \u00eenso\u021bit\u0103 de copilul sau copiii afla\u021bi \u00een \u00eentre\u021binere;\u00a0<br \/>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3.500 lei pentru fiecare so\u021b care \u00eendepline\u015fte condi\u0163iile pentru acordarea primei de instalare.\u00a0<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px 40px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">Prima de instalare, stabilit\u0103 prin excep\u0163iile respective, se acord\u0103 \u00eentr-o singur\u0103 tran\u0219\u0103, la data instal\u0103rii.<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\"><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px 40px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\">3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<u><b>\u00a0prima de relocare<\/b><\/u>\u00a0&#8211; pot beneficia persoanele \u00eenregistrate ca \u015fomeri la agen\u0163iile pentru ocuparea for\u0163ei de munc\u0103 care se \u00eencadreaz\u0103 \u00een munc\u0103, potrivit legii, \u00eentr-o alt\u0103 localitate situat\u0103 la o distan\u0163\u0103 mai mare de 50 km fa\u0163\u0103 de localitatea \u00een care \u00ee\u015fi au domiciliul sau re\u015fedin\u0163a \u015fi, ca urmare a acestui fapt, \u00ee\u015fi schimb\u0103 domiciliul sau \u00ee\u015fi stabilesc re\u015fedin\u0163a \u00een localitatea respectiv\u0103 sau \u00een localit\u0103\u0163ile \u00eenvecinate acesteia, beneficiaz\u0103 de o prim\u0103 de relocare, neimpozabil\u0103, acordat\u0103 din bugetul asigur\u0103rilor pentru \u015fomaj, egal\u0103 cu 75% din suma destinat\u0103 asigur\u0103rii cheltuielilor pentru locuire \u00een noul domiciliu sau noua re\u015fedin\u0163\u0103, dar nu mai mult de 900 de lei lunar, pentru o perioad\u0103 de 36 de luni.<\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\"><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 7.1pt 6pt 40px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\"><i><b>Prima de activare se poate cumula cu prima de inser\u0163ie \u0219i cu prima de instalare.<\/b><\/i><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10px 40px;font-family:\"><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\"><span><span lang=\"IT\" style=\"line-height: 16.1px\"><i><b>Beneficiaz\u0103 de primele de mobilitate persoanele care se \u00eencadreaz\u0103 \u00een munc\u0103, cu norm\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103, pentru o perioad\u0103 de cel pu\u0163in 12 luni. Rom\u00e2nia este \u00een localitatea \u00een care se \u00eencadreaz\u0103 \u00een munc\u0103 sau \u00een localit\u0103\u021bile \u00eenvecinate acesteia;<br \/>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 sunt \u00eenregistrate la AJOFM\u2013ul \u00een a c\u0103rui raz\u0103 teritorial\u0103 se afl\u0103 cu domiciliul\/ re\u0219edin\u021ba;<br \/>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 lunile care constituie perioada de de o autoritate public\u0103 a statului sau statelor din spa\u0163iul Uniunii Europene \u015fi Spa\u0163iul Economic European \u00een care \u0219i-au exercitat dreptul la liber\u0103 circula\u021bie a lucr\u0103torilor \u00een spa\u0163iul Uniunii Europene \u015fi Spa\u0163iul Economic European pe o perioad\u0103 de cel pu\u0163in 36 luni, prin care se atest\u0103 c\u0103 au avut pe perioada
