Principiile care stau la baza elabor\u0103rii Planului Jude\u0163dean de Formare Profesional\u0103 sunt \u00een conformitate cu obiectivele strategice ale Uniunii Europene \u00een perspectiva Europa 2020 \u2013 O strategie european\u0103 pentru cre\u015ftere inteligen\u0163\u0103, durabil\u0103 \u015fi favorabil\u0103 incluziunii \u015fi a Strategiei Europene de Ocupare. Politica de formare profesional\u0103 se afl\u0103 \u00een centrul preocup\u0103rilor europene, fiind \u00eenscris\u0103 \u00een Tratatul privind Func\u0163ionarea Uniunii Europene. De asemenea, dreptul la educa\u0163ie este reiterat \u015fi de Carta Drepturilor Fundamentale ale Uniunii Europene, care precizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 \u201eorice persoan\u0103 are dreptul la educa\u0163ie, precum \u015fi la accesul la formare profesional\u0103 \u015fi formare continu\u0103\u201d.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 1rem;font-family: cerin\u0163elor pie\u0163ei muncii;<\/font><\/li>\n<li><font face=\"Trebuchet MS\" style=\"font-size: 14px\">cre\u0219terea capacit\u0103\u0163ii de inser\u0163ie profesional\u0103 prin stimularea 0px;margin-bottom: 1rem;font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont,\"><span style=\"line-height: 18.4px;font-family:\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\">Planul Jude\u0163ean de Formare Profesional\u0103 s-a elaborat pe baza propunerilor de plan dezvoltate la nivel jude\u0163ean. Aceste propuneri au fost elaborate prin parcurgerea urm\u0103toarelor etape:<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst\" style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 1rem;font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont,\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"line-height: 16.1px;font-family:\"><span>1.<span style=\"line-height: normal;font-family:\">\u00a0 \u00a01.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"line-height: 16.1px;font-family:\">Identificarea meseriilor\/ocupa\u0163iilor cerute pe pia\u0163a muncii la nivel local. Acest lucru se realizeaz\u0103 prin analiza pie\u021bei muncii la nivel local (investigarea tendin\u0163elor de dezvoltare a economiei locale pe termen scurt, analiza nevoilor de formare profesional\u0103 \u00een mediul rural, consultarea angajatorilor cu privire la nevoile de calificare a for\u0163ei de munc\u0103, stabilirea nevoii de formare prin consultarea direct\u0103 a poten\u0163ialilor beneficiari ai form\u0103rii, etc.)<\/span><\/font><span style=\"font-family:\"><br \/>2. Investigarea bazei de date proprii a AJOFM cu privire la num\u0103rul persoanelor aflate \u00een c\u0103utarea unui loc de munc\u0103, deja calificate \u00een meseriile care au c\u0103utare pe pia\u0163a muncii.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family:\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"text-indent: -0.25in;font-family:\">3. Organizarea de programe de formare care s\u0103 asigure persoanelor cu studii medii \u015fi superioare, dob\u00e2ndirea de competen\u0163e comune mai multor ocupa\u0163ii, \u00een vederea cre\u015fterii \u015fanselor de ocupare;<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 1rem;font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont,\"><span style=\"line-height: 18.4px;font-family:\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span>&#8211; Organizarea de programe de specializare sau perfec\u0163ionare;<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 1rem;font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont,\"><span style=\"line-height: 18.4px;font-family:\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\">\u00a0<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpLast\" style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 1rem;font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont,\"><span style=\"line-height: 18.4px;font-family:\"><font style=\"font-size: 14px\">Formarea profesional\u0103 a persoanelor \u00een c\u0103utarea unui loc de munc\u0103 se face \u0163in\u00e2ndu-se seama de cerin\u0163ele de moment \u015fi de perspectiv\u0103 ale pie\u0163ei muncii \u015fi \u00een concordan\u0163\u0103 cu op\u0163iunile \u015fi aptitudinile individuale ale persoanelor respective. De asemenea, se urm\u0103re\u015fte aplicarea prevederilor Recomand\u0103rii Consiliului din 19 decembrie 2016 privind parcursurile de actualizare a competen\u021belor, prin care se solicit\u0103 statelor membre s\u0103 asigure parcursurile de actualizare a competen\u021belor pe baza a trei pa\u0219i: evaluarea competen\u021belor, furnizarea unei oferte de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare personalizate, flexibile \u0219i de calitate, precum \u0219i validarea \u0219i recunoa\u0219terea competen\u021belor dob\u00e2ndite. Planul Na\u0163ional de Formare Profesional\u0103 are un caracter flexibil. \u00cen func\u0163ie de schimb\u0103rile ap\u0103rute pe pia\u0163a local\u0103 a muncii, se pot opera modific\u0103ri \u00een perioada de implementare prin structura pe calific\u0103ri\/ocupa\u0163ii.
