Cre\u0219terea nivelului de calificare al resurselor umane prin \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea nivelului de competen\u021be al persoanelor \u0219omere \u0219i inactive apte de munc\u0103 \u0219i adaptarea competen\u0163elor la cerin\u0163ele pie\u0163ei muncii, pentru a facilita reintegrarea acestora pe pia\u021ba muncii, conform obiectivelor cuprinse \u00een Strategia Na\u0163ional\u0103 pentru Ocuparea For\u0163ei de Munc\u0103 2021-2027;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. \u00cencurajarea particip\u0103rii largi \u0219i favorabile incluziunii pentru grupurile dezavantajate pe pia\u021ba muncii la programe de formare profesional\u0103 sau \u00een procese de evaluare a competen\u0163elor dob\u00e2ndite \u00een context informal sau nonformal;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Cre\u0219terea capacit\u0103\u0163ii de inser\u0163ie profesional\u0103 prin stimularea particip\u0103rii tinerilor la formare profesional\u0103 prin programe de ucenicie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obiectivele specifice&nbsp; ale Planului de Formare Profesional\u0103 sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Cre\u015fterea particip\u0103rii la formare a persoanelor aflate \u00een c\u0103utarea unui loc de munc\u0103, \u00een special a \u015fomerilor de lung\u0103 durat\u0103, greu \u015fi foarte greu ocupabili;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Focalizarea interven\u021biilor pentru cre\u015fterea nivelului de preg\u0103tire al persoanelor apar\u0163in\u00e2nd grupurilor dezavantajate, din urm\u0103toarele grupuri \u0163int\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o tineri cu v\u00e2rsta sub 25 de ani;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o tineri cu v\u00e2rsta cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 25 \u2013 30 ani;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o persoane cu v\u00e2rsta cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 30 \u2013 35 ani;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o persoane cu v\u00e2rsta cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 35 \u2013 45 ani;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o persoane cu v\u00e2rsta peste 45 de ani;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o \u0219omeri de lung\u0103 durat\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o femei;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o persoane cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o romi;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o persoane din mediu rural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 \u00eencurajarea traseelor de formare flexibile \u015fi a particip\u0103rii la programe formare la locul de munc\u0103 prin ucenicie, dar \u0219i la procese de evaluare a competen\u0163elor dob\u00e2ndite \u00een contexte informale sau nonformale pentru persoanele aflate \u00een c\u0103utarea unui loc de munc\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 \u00eent\u0103rirea cooper\u0103rii \u00een domeniul form\u0103rii profesionale pentru a facilita organizarea de programe de ucenicie \u015fi stagii la locul de munc\u0103, cu focalizare pe grupurile \u021bint\u0103 vulnerabile, \u00een vederea cre\u015fterii \u015fanselor de ocupare ale acestora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tasteaz\u0103 \u201e\/\u201d pentru a alege un bloc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"file-list-wrap\"><p class=\"h4\">Documente desc\u0103rcabile<\/p><ul class=\"file-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/alba\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/02\/Anexa-1.pdf\" download>Anexa-1.pdf<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/alba\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/02\/Anexa-2a.pdf\" download>Anexa-2a.pdf<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/alba\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/02\/Anexa-2b.pdf\" download>Anexa-2b.pdf<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/alba\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/02\/Anexa-2b1.pdf\" download>Anexa-2b1.pdf<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anofm.ro\/alba\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/02\/Anexa-5.pdf\" download>Anexa-5.pdf<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"file-list-wrap\"><p class=\"h4\">Documente desc\u0103rcabile<\/p><ul class=\"file-list\"><\/ul><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Planul de Formare Profesional\u0103 pentru anul 2024 \u00ee\u015fi propune urm\u0103toarele obiective generale: 1.
